There's no guarantee that a man will always be the one to be carried around in old age. There's also no guarantee that he'll be the one to die first. There are women whose husbands take care of them and their age related sickness.

Been there bro. Balling in millions monthly and the next thing you know, down to ground zero with absolutely nothing to show for it. When I was balling I was carefree because I felt even if the worst comes to the worst, I could make the money back - until I lost the money and at the same time all the avenues I was looking at suddenly went dry.

My regrets so far are
1. Building house first as a young guy in my early 20s instead of investing in business. ( I know some people will say, building house is good , but I tell you , if you’re yet to get your own family , please expand your business first , when you get steady flow of income , it’ll be very easy to build
2. Not investing in crypto 2years ago especially shiba.
3. Wish I started trading earlier
4. Lost a big opportunity on nairaland due to anger and lack of few min patience.

I can attest to the greatness of Ui, Unilag and oau.

It’s virtually impossible to save a dime from that 75k honestly except you want be suffering yourself unnecessarily .


You can only save after your basic needs have been taken care of.

Solution to your problem is to think of another way to earn more money.
I spend between 12-15k daily these days . It covers food,data,fuel etc. how do you survive on 2500 daily ?

Please don’t listen to Foôlish motivation, try to double your husle and earn more, that way you’ll save easily.

No she didn't see any sign before then, she was already an entrepreneur who was staying on her own, fending for herself and school, she even helped me with finances in my final year in the University, so she wasn't lured because of money, he merely toasted her like every other guy and he looks quite young.
She even took extra step to go stay at his house for two weeks in Abuja, just to know more about him, and he introduced her to basically all his colleagues and friends, none of them showed any negativity.

I am still loyal and obedient to my father's counsel even though he doesn't live with me and he is above 80yrs and now residing in the village.


Whenever I travel home, I dare not leave my own house after 6pm without telling my aged father where I was going cos he will be worried.


Even at my level and status in life, I don't keep late night, and if for any reason I have to, I must call my wife and inform her.


This your unruly attitude is one of the things that scares me about sending my kids abroad soon, though I trust the God I serve to help me train them while I do my best. Your action towards your father was so so bad and unruly I must tell you. Even well trained white kids don't do this to their parents, its only common among black kids abroad, especially those born in US and UK.


Young man, go back to your father and kneel down and apologize to him today, don't let another night pass before you do that or else, you maybe tampering with your future growth and lifespan.
