Xavi don't even have a tactics, we knew what Valverde was playing, extra defensive and conservative football. Xavi, I can bet no one knows what his style of play is. This philosophy talk only works for small teams. Football ain't played the same way with our golden team. They'd have way less dominance with the way football is played now.

Tiki taka philosophy doesn't work in today's football unless maybe you're playing Pep's present variation. I've never been to any country in the world. I don't even have a passport, but I can bet my life that Abuja is the most barren capital in the world.

Zero factories, zero industries, zero multinational company, zero production facility.

Just eateries, malls, clubs, restaurants and hotels where politicians and their children take all these prostitutes out on a date to further negotiate how to turn them to sex slaves.

The rest of the buildings are just government institutions riddled with corruption where public funds are shared among the greedy few.

Abuja will never be anything close to Lagos in terms of productivity even in a billion years time because no plans and foundations in place to make it happen. I always laugh at people who mention Abuja as one of the cities with opportunities in Nigeria.

One of the problem I have with your kind is this obssession with system of governance and not the operators. You really think the regional and parliamentary system was a huge success in the 60s? Fa fa foul!! Big lie!!

The moment the Europeans left, the selfish prebendal nature of the average Nigerian politician came to the fore. The first election held was a farce. The first census held was an aberration.

By 1965, there was already talk of secession all over and the Prime Minister and the President were locked in a supremacy battle of who controls the military.

So if you think a revert to some utopian regionalism will solve our problems, then you are as ignorant of Nigerian history as you are conflicted in your political leanings.

Be it presidential federated or parliamentary regional system, as long as the operators pander to selfish and narrow interests, the result will be the same. It doesn't matter whether the centre is weak or strong. What we need are decisive and patriotic leaders who will think of the country more than they think of themselves.

The present warped system can even work fine if we have such people at the helm of affairs. Any other thing is simply a waste of time!

The entire administrative structure of Nigeria needs review.

My take is to devolve power to the geopolitical zones. Let geopolitical zones manage regional policing structures. Let them also collect their taxes and manage their own resources while paying their fair share to the central but weak government.

At the moment, we are already having the conversations with respect to setting up regional development commissions in each geopolitical zone.

The center should be in charge of common services like currency, army, international borders, passports, inter-regional roads and bridges; electoral commission, and connections, regional security and so on.

That way, those who want to kill themselves should go ahead while those who want to develop can go ahead. Those who want to destroy beer will also not receive taxes from beer.

Let everyone develop at his own pace and/or compete.

We can set up a national agenda, like a 20-year development plan for the country. This can be reviewed every 5 years. Anyone who heads the weak government at the center must follow the plan. The regions can also set up their own regional agenda. As for national leadership, let the regions meet and elect one of the regional heads or someone else to run the government at the center. He is to represent the country in international gatherings and receive ambassadors on behalf of everyone. The national assembly can have only 36 members, 6 from each region to debate common issues. The regional assemblies can have 10,000 members so long as they can pay with their own funds while meeting the common obligations at the center.

No civilian president or national assembly will consider anything I said above as it would weaken their powers.

At some point, it will be done! We can't sustain the current practice of "It's pur turn presidency" or some people going to Chicago to discredit a winner because they lost elections.
