Diligence: I thought that Tinubu would free Nnamdi kalu first thing. Who does not understand that it was because of the Buharis strong dependence on mineral resources in the south that made Buhari order the mass killing of IPOB members, proscribe IPOB as terrorist organisation, infiltrate IPOB ranks and caused more murders of innocent people in the east? Buhari also set out against Sunday Igbogho, and would have done what he did in the SE in the SW if he had continued in office. 1 Like |

Are these all we have to show the world that we are a serious Country. We celebrate useless people who have led this Country no where. All they do is talk and keep talking nonsense. Is this the best these political fools can offer Nigerians. It's time we start showing these demons that enough is enough. It shall not be well with every politician that has led Nigeria astray or ever stolen from the Nation Treasury. 5 Likes |

abduleez1: 7 years? I'll say 14 years! Our philosophy died when Tito Villanova died. He's the last who truly tried it and that was in 2012/13 about 14 years ago. Tito did well with it and won us league but in the UCL, Bayern thrashed us 7:0 over 2legs. Tata Martino was hired, he tried to use the philosophy but we failed again and won nothing in the regular season except the Spanish super cup. In the UCL, we were dumped out too. Martino was sacked at the end of the season. In 2014/15, Enrique came and the signings he made, it was clear he didn't wanna rely too much on possession football. He sold Fabregas; a possession maestro and brought in Rakitic; a midfield work horse known for high energy and powerful ball striking ability. He also brought in Luis Suarez and then Jeremy Mathieu. At the time, Jeremy Mathieu was the fastest defender in Laliga. Aging Xavi was also dropped to the bench and then the famous MSN was created. As a result, although we still kept possession, we became very direct and the transition from defense to attack was the best I've seen at Barca. I actually lost count on the number of counter attacking goals we scored. After 3 years with Enrique where he looked out of ideas in the 3rd season, he left and was replaced by Velverda. Although we won Laliga back to back, it was during the Velverda era that we became a joke on and off the pitch. Velverda played the possession game but it was the slowest I've seen in my entire life but we did well in Laliga though. Then we went full nuclear with bums like Satien(8:2) and then Koeman (Europa) Xavi tried to take us back and I'll say that he did well but he didn't show enough and should've been allowed to leave or stay true to his words and leave jejely. I blame him for staying after saying he'll be leaving. Xavi too tried to play the possession game but we can see where we are with it. Our philosophy is like post office. It's been replaced by the electronic media and currently irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. I don't wanna say it's useless but I'll admit that it's no more important. We have to move on, period! 1 Like |

Buhari was a miserable square peg. He learned nothing & he knows nothing! Well, that Tinubu continues from where Bubu stopped, indeed speaks volumes! When you kidnapped someone & u said you wanted to try him... it's called Null & Void! Worse still, you signed to such international treaty. Ok, una say him talk this & that, abi? Buhari said worst, Macbandits said worse,Fulani Herdsmen even killed, maimed, raped. Boko killed, raped, sold or trafficked girls, married them off, killed soldiers over & over again. When you arrested them, you freed dem, stating they are repentant. You send them to the army; abi no bi dem shoot NigeriaNs wey dey sing National Anthem & waving flags at Lekki Toll Gates? Again, shey we no know the exchange una do wen dem dem broke into Kuje prison? Wetin again, una dey hold Nnamdi Kanu? All cases una don lose! 24kmagik: DUDE, IS YOUR HEAD CORRECT AT ALL? So you are actually expecting to see major industries and manufacturing in Abuja? How many industries and factories do you see in Washington DC or Brasilia, or Yamoussoukro, the purpose-built Ivorian capital? Abuja was designed to be an ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, just like those cities. A QUIET place. There will NEVER be large numbers of industries and factories in Abuja. It is a city for the Services Sector. My goodness! He is expecting the place to be like Onitsha! I am no psychiatrist to look into your case. I'd oblige you only this last time and I shall never respond to you as you have not proved to be a worthy antagonist. emkz:One of the problem I have with your kind is this obssession with system of governance and not the operators. You really think the regional and parliamentary system was a huge success in the 60s? Fa fa foul!! Big lie!! The moment the Europeans left, the selfish prebendal nature of the average Nigerian politician came to the fore. The first election held was a farce. The first census held was an aberration. By 1965, there was already talk of secession all over and the Prime Minister and the President were locked in a supremacy battle of who controls the military. So if you think a revert to some utopian regionalism will solve our problems, then you are as ignorant of Nigerian history as you are conflicted in your political leanings. Be it presidential federated or parliamentary regional system, as long as the operators pander to selfish and narrow interests, the result will be the same. It doesn't matter whether the centre is weak or strong. What we need are decisive and patriotic leaders who will think of the country more than they think of themselves. The present warped system can even work fine if we have such people at the helm of affairs. Any other thing is simply a waste of time! |

Properties / Don't Get Sc*mmed When Buying Lands/house by Mrclement1(m): 4:58pm On May 23 |
Hey family my name is Clement and I'm the founder of Land Next Door. I'm here to talk about few things about buying landed properties and Real Estate in general so you don't get sc*mmed. I believe a lot of you has seen so many properties been demolished by government especially in Lagos, Abuja, Asaba etc. You reading this post right now, I know the question that comes to your mind is. Should we stop buying properties? 🤔 The answer is capital letter NO👎 Stay with me as I reveal some secrets to you due to experience. Now hear me, promoting property is beyond carrying phone or camera to the sites to make videos. The question the realtor or agent should ask his or her self is, is the property you're promoting legit? Does the land belongs to the government? Is the property contravening the right of way? Is the property sitting on drainage? Have you taken the land or property coordinate? Is the person selling the real owner? I started real estate in March 2024, I was going to start promoting properties but I said to myself, it's better to learn what real estate is all about and become a professional and honest realtor than carrying my phone camera to the sites to make videos. It's better to sell property that will give people peace of mind in the future than making millions. Most of the lands in Nigeria don't even have good title, some don't have survey plan, some houses don't have building plan approval, the list goes on. That is why I always tell my clients to always allow us to do our due diligence before making payment because at the end of the day, it's not all about making money, it's about you having peace of mind. Now let's look at what happened in Mende-Ogudu, the demolition that we all saw on IG and other social media platforms. Lagos State government has gazetted about 230 Square meters for drainage which means nobody is allowed to build anything around this 230 SQM but some scrupulous developers and landlord still went ahead to buy and build houses there. The gazetted area was done by Brig. Gen Mobolaji Johnson in 1974, now that the deed has been done, Gov Sanwo Olu had to reduced the 230 SQM to 100SQM and told the landlords to evaluate the area since 2023 but this landlords never bother to inform their tenants which I believe those are the people crying on social media. So painful seeing those innocent people crying. Why am I writing this? I'm writing this to safe the innocent people and investors out there, it's not easy to make money, as a professional and honest realtor it's my duty to make sure people are safe when buying properties. Now let's proceed. Before you buy that property of your dream, make sure you work with a realtor who's not after your money but a realtor who care about you. Some realtor even go as far as sending their own bank account details instead of the property's owners bank details. I have seen so many cases where real estate agent run away with buyer's money so please don't fall for this sc*m. Another thing so many people are afraid of is. Some people keep asking me, are the Igbos been targeted in Lagos? Lol No not all. This got nothing to do with tribe at all, I'm an Igbo man so you're hearing this from an Igbo man, regardless of your tribe if you don't do the right thing, then trust me, there will be a problem. Remember, I told you that I'm the founder of Land Next Door? Yes I am. In Land Next Door we make sure we do our due diligence, from charting the land, to checking the status of the property before payment. Please if you are looking for landed property or house to buy, make sure you get the necessary documents right before you start projects but if you've already bought, then make sure to perfect the title, get building plan approval. Lagos State still remain the best place to invest because like you already know, it's a commercial city and a business hub, remember the infrastructure such as international airport, seaport, refinery, companies etc. If you want to work with us you can book appointments on this number 09058309540. The number is always on WhatsApp. Follow us on all social media platforms @landnextdoor and let's help you to secure the property of your dream. Cheers 🍻 👏 ✌️ 🥂 1 Like |
