When this government leaves or towards its last months when critics would have regained their cowardly voices,I can clearly envisage what the goverment and it's sycophants would say while still trying to defend the failings of the worst president ever to rule Nigeria;that yes the security situation during the herder's regime was poor, but it was far better than during the time of GEJ because while the latter was fighting only domestic BH insurgents, the herder came and defeated those insurgents but was overhelmed when they later joined and reinforced by terrorists from Libya, Afghanistan,Syria,Iraq and other terrorist forces from Asia. I can predict how the brains of these failures work |
A brigadier general gone! Another of the monumental achievements of the cattle herder. I always grew up with the saying that there is an extent to which you would suffer and pushed to the wall that you have no choice than to push back if you don't want to be pressed so hard against the wall that you die, since d wall is not a flexible object that can allow one to still push in. Nigerians, under Buhari have however, made me to believe that saying is not true.Nigerians have literarily been enduring the suffering Buhari has unleashed that they have in their overall cowardice turned a wall to a balloon. |
Overlooking even the national scene;it's very strange seeing an Easterner belonging to or supporting the APC. It's because elections in Nigeria are still rife with fraud,if not it would have been political suicide for any Igbo politician to vie elections under APC. From the cattle herder's comment on 5% to discrimination of Igbos when it comes to political appointments,to economic policies that have largely negatively impacted the Ibos, the APC should in more true democracies be an anathema in the East. |
Hypocrite. Salary he didn't state and when was the last salary he was paid. Employees in Nigeria like hiding their salary while at the same time asking for help. What are they afraid or ashamed of? |
Flier:Ote! Yet they still die if shot with an ak47. Yet they fall sick. Why can't the odeshi prevent them from falling sick in the first place,to avoid even accidental needle picture. Solve this puzzle with your dumb skull:for the nurse to have known the needle didn't "penetrated",she must have least pricked a part of the skin?Is the skin not still his body? |
A so called nurse talking like a village quack. The highest misconception of being 'fortified' these cultist or juju patronising people will tell you is that u shud not inject them, based on the instruction their jujumen gave them, which they believe wholeheartedly, but injection not penetrating?Pity d nurse and so called superior could not understand that it's likely due to a medical condition itself. Or maybe she even injected through a bone or calcified tissue and is here talking like a typical quack. These are the types that will quickly tell a patient their problem is not medical, but spiritual and they should go to a "strong native doctor" and make some sacrifices. |
Jatuski: ![]() Clowns Who in his right senses would vote for a jihadists party in a Christendom? |
samuel051:Nigerians with cooking superfluous data from their a rses.Almost indeed. |
iamyemiakins:You just summed it up. The cause:no leadership due to crass incompetence from the very top of the villa. |
NwaNimo1:A whole so called newspaper doesn't even know the meaning of extortion. How can FAAN extort d accused over extortion? Glorified blogs all over the place. |
Omanambala:The flaw in the framing of your phrase is what I am trying to point out to you.Majority of Ibos hate APC as evidenced from the first election of 2015 Buhari contested. They have never hid it and can never apologize for that hatred and have been vindicated for it since 2015.U forgot the famous 5% the cattle herder publicly gave as reason for his lopsided appointments?Historically, the Ibos have always detested Buhari under whatever guise he presented himself.Remember twice he chose an Iboman as VP candidate, when he contested against obj and yardua, twice he was soundly rejected. It's not even the party per se but what it stands for under Buhari,a known bigot and historically disastrous for businesses and the economy. Ibos have and will always reject any party with Buhari as the top gun because he stands for 2 things that affect and are dear to the Iboman:economy and religion. He is an unpretentious Islamic bigot and has always(since 1984) been a disastrous manager of any economy under his rule;anathemas to the Ibo's ways of life. |
OreMI22:APC hates the Ibos or the Ibos hate APC? |
The zeros for APC is so sweet to read. Most Ibos, aside from the robbery the supreme court did in Imo state, have always rejected anything associated with Buhari. |
Suffering and smiling waiting for Buhari to complete his tenure. Nigerians don't like to sacrifice anything,so the likes of Buhari can misrule for a whole generation and nothing will be done. GEJ,a sitting president was stoned in the North during the campaigns because of security concerns, even though towards that campaign period the military had confined insurgents to just small areas of Maiduguri and Yobe and despite a growing, vibrant economy. Here is a man daily destroying the country and people only come online to vent, then withdraw to their rooms and lament. |
Sahara Reporters thrashy story as usual. Even in d body of the essay it was stated in different paragraphs that the total alleged embezzled funds is ₦74m. Yet,as its characteristics of SR that can't do without fabricating stories,Photoshopping pictures and outright falsehood, they had to invent ₦750m from their a rse and state it as d total stolen funds. |
kollinz1234:I also largely blame Obiano. He had a golden opportunity to not only make APGA the dominant party in southeast but also spread nationally and make it a formidable force. APGA was largely anonymous in the last Imo election,a state they had the appeal and pedigree to take. People don't even remember there was a time APGA won assembly election as far wide as nassarawa and had a strong governorship candidate there. If Obiano had made the effort, some aggrieved candidates in other parties would have come to APGA,funded it and before you know it it becomes the third national force and before u know even become a formidable, potential presidential force. But he just confined himself to Anambra out of fear/lack of ambition or just damn lack of foresight on need to grow the party out of his comfort zone.A big shame. I hope when Soludo ascends to power he will be more ambitious and courageous. APGA should not turn to Labour party of Mimiko that used d party to ascend to power then in Ondo and later allowed it to die. |
Just about 8% turnout. APC couldn't find means to do their magic arithmetic this time. Though the security threat contributed to the poor turnout,BVAS deployed by INEC ensured 8% turnout was what was actually recorded in the results. Left for some people, they would have turned 8% to 65% turnout in their sitting rooms and got a returning officer to announce same fake results, knowing by law once he/she does so,even at grenade point, only the courts can overturn it.They then ask you to proceed to the courts where a set of corrupt justices can easily be given ₦1billion each and told to authenticate same winner, even when his tallied votes exceed number of registered voters! |
Youngmaster0:It's just to fulfil all righteousness because for all practical purposes number of people eligible to vote should factually be 'total number of collected PVC's'. |
buksarki:It's like you asking 'how come Lawrence Anini, the notorious armed robber was using gun to rob'? It's in the genetic make-up of the party APC;lies fraud, deceit and scams. The people they claim voted for Andy Ubah during the party primary were even more than the total number that have cast their votes in the entire election! Though party vote rigging is not peculiar to APC but APC takes the cake. |
It's better a monkey is voted than APC particularly with the kidnapping, corrupt tout they presented. If other states and people use the Anambra template and vote based on a party's performance, the pedigree of the candidate it's presenting and the performance of the party nationally, with INEC playing it's part by ensuring only real votes count using BVAS or another advanced, full proof mode of actual voters verification, then Nigeria would have taken a giant leap into democracy by ensuring mandates are given based on real votes. |
Naijabad:Rubbish. Ihiala cannot determine anything. The election has already been won and lost. The average turnout in the election was 10%. So at most 15,000 will turnout, far less than the margin of victory already. For argument purposes, even if APC wants to bribe people with all the FG reserve and they all vote for APC,40% turnout is d maximum possible with this new BVAS.Still not enough to overturn the margin. How?Many people in Ibo states went home to register and never intended to return home to vote. Some people have died, some are incapacitated due to illness or just can't make it on election day. Some people are just not interested in voting despite having PVC's. Take this to the bank:any election in Nigeria using PVC that records 45% voter turnout out,not even d 50%-60%,some states recorded during the last presidential election, even in the North where they want to lay claim to being enthusiastic about voting,is a fraudulent election with manufactured votes. |
Let's give kudos to the system in this election and hope INEC maintains it. From the results there is a trend and pattern. That is that on the average in all of the local governments where results have been declared, the cast votes showing effectively turnout has been 10%.This may have been helped by the use of the so called BVAS system. When results reflect actual number of eligible people that came out to vote, you have got the system right to a large extent. The rest now falls to the electorate, they either vote their choice or let ₦400,₦1000 or ₦2000 influence it. INEC and Anambra State electorate got it right on both on both fronts. Let's hope the other parts of Nigeria also do.Let INEC continue and even improve on this BVAS.It seems to be a big game changer. |
crazygod:O boy,I sure say na village jazz. Fear village witches! How do u explain a team losing 5-0 at home, then in just a few days time, win 3-0 against a team also having doubts about its own coach. If na d players they would have made it 1-0, or 2-1 at worse. |
I said it that village witches made man Utd to defeat Spurs so that Ole could stay on d job and utd miss the golden opportunity of replacing him with Conte. Now Tottenham have snatched Anthonio Conte leaving man to suffer with Ole or go get jobless Eddie Howe before Newcastle snatch him! |
Otondo Anambra is peaceful, early morning shower has blessed today, by special grace of God Prof Soludo will coast home with victory.
There is no special grace of anything. If APC dare do what they did in Imo state via electoral fraud or imposing a supreme court governor, Anambra would be ungovernable and that will spell doom for the entire Southeast. Emotionally, politically and historically Anambra State right from the time of Nnamdi Azikiwe to Ojukwu has been the root and core base of APGA or it's preceding variants. Added to the fact Soludo is an intelligent, credible candidate with potential to do very well |
SR should better just fold & sowore should find a means of livelihood other than publication of stories fabricated from his shekpe or ogogoro drunken frenzies. He was funded by now APC stalwarts to find and publish usually half-truths against GEJ.Seeing he hasn't been getting those same funds from APC now they are in power and PDP doesn't now have the money to pay & don't know how to play that same kind of game,he is busy publishing rubbish on a daily basis against all and sundry that catches his fancy. Sowore shud be told blackmail is not a source of livelihood especially now the criminals he helped publish into power no longer seem to need him and his stories inventing blog. |
Even some wives don't know some of the properties owned by their rich husband's:talkless favour seeking "associates" |
Dindirin. So all the 36 so far confirmed dead are Christians? Instead of helping his employment cause, this api has further jeopardised it because no reasonable employer would employ a religious bigot or would anyone engage his services. He can as well relocate to the far north or Katsina where his co-religious bigots reign supreme and they engage him no matter how incompetent he is,just because he is a Muslim advocate. |
Maxymilliano:Meaning he has got his way in other sectors? You people still don't realize Buhari never had a way. The man is a curse and Nigerians must begin to find out the mortal sin they committed to be cursed with Buhari. He is a gross, monument disaster in ALL areas of leadership. |
paulolee:Sometimes you think you av seen the lowest Nigerians can go when they re-elected Buhari after his disastrous first four years. When I see people actually campaigning for Yahaya to be president,I concluded that indeed there is nothing like lowest depth in Nigeria.Nigerians are simply not normal people. |
People didn't realise it was Man Utd village witches that made Ole to defeat Spurs after losing miserably to Liverpool,so that Man Utd won't sack him.Rather Spurs sacked their coach and got Conte, the best coach that was available. Now Man Utd is stuck with Ole because there is no other top coach out there they can run to and thus man Utd misery will linger this season. Fear village witches! |
