Err . . . . even if a woman 'dates' a 'bad boy', when it comes to settling down, she is most likely to opt for the 'good guy' and in my book a 'good guy' doesn't equate to a dude who is 'boring' and 'dull'. I mean which WOMAN in her right senses wants to settle and marry a boy who will treat her like crap etc all in the name of being with a so called 'bad boy'.

well OP, regardless of what some people are saying, the only way you can get that kind of time off is if you lose a parent/sibling or you're really ill. (though I am not suggesting making up 'deaths' about family members). If it is as serious as you claim, you might just have to disclose to your employer.
