Even if you were not taught exactly what they pit there, of course, you must have been taught in advance, courses that should give you an advance insight to answer those questions. The truth is that no department of geography in any varsity in Nigeria is teaching O' level geography. However, by going advance, equips one to tackle O' level geography in Secondary schools.
