So voting patterns of the last two general elections is the yardstick you use to link SS and SE destinies together? Interesting.

It was all about Ebele Goodluck Jonathan. Since you guys adopted him as your only begotten son, the Niger delta has not problem allying with the igbos. But what has happened since the last elections, APC has been making inroads into the Nigerdelta, starting with Edo.

Now, let the south east present a core igbo presidential candidate and the North present an Hausa fulani candidate and see what happens.

what is Dangote’s asset?
What is the value of Adenuga’s asset?
Those ones are not significant in international politics.
They will go and settle that in the international court of arbitration.
It is up to the individuals (Dangote and Otedola), not Nigerian government to negotiate their stands and values with the Biafran government. There are also Igbo assets to be forfeited to Nigerian government. Win and lose case.

During the civil war, why were all the properties left by the ndigbo labeled abandoned properties?
Ojukwu came back from exile to claim the property bequeathed to him, Villaska Lodge, in the famous Ojukwu vs Attorney-General of Lagos State, after he was evicted from the lodge by the state government.
If Biafra has succeeded, would he have the effrontery to claim the property?

Concerning the bolded. I said countries that seceded in the mid 20th century, Ireland seceded from the UK during that period?
Ethiopian and Eritrean politics, who seceded?
Ethiopia or Eritrea?
Since 1991 when Eritrea eventually got the independence from Ethiopia, they just agreed on a final peace last year (2018)
Ethiopia is a far bigger nation than Eritrea, Ethiopia became landlocked, no access to the sea. Ethiopia needs Eritrea farther than Eritrean needs Ethiopia. Ethiopia has been using force for long and not working, hence the need for armistice.

From your post, Biafra needs Nigerian waterway than Nigeria needs Biafra. War against Nigerian government is the surest way to claim the Nigerian territory as far as the Atlantic Ocean.
I am done with you. Are you not the dude who didn't know zik was senate President in 1st October 1960? If you don't know common history that anybody can find out in a minute on the internet, is it matters of diplomacy done behind closed doors that you will know?

Ibos are comedian i swear, with all the federal allocation SE has recieved since 1999, it ranks lowest of low in almost all economic index... it attracts the least Foriegn Direct Investment, It has the lowest IGR after NorthEast, for decades Its has not yet controled its erossion, Ebonyi a tiny state still ranks high in poverty level... so what makes you think without oil biafra wouldnt have another starvation episode seeing millions starve to death and another million engage in canibalism just like the Civil War

Ibos and Rwandas are to different people, i have met rwandas and worked with them, and i grew up with many ibos so spare us the fictional imaginary biafra been compared to Rwanda... get your Useless greedy Legislatures to sponsor a bill on Referndum and i swear to almighty God all tribes in Nigeria would support you to get a date through pressuring our Legislature to pass the bill... enough of multiple threads to wail and coerce people who dont give a fvck about you

But in all Sincerity and honest I think SE should be biafra and SS remain to avoid suspicion and creation of another Nigeria.

Biafra as of now is only SE and SE alone.
Majority of us won't be comfortable with any SS states in biafra because it will be another Nigeria with different derogatory statements and insults

If true, The mistake Nnamdi kanu made was not accepting secession of 5 eastern states when offered to him...That is his greatest undoing..
Anyday he confines his struggle to SE, he will get massive support and Govt approval.

The SS states can remain with Nigeria but I strongly insist biafra should be all about SE..not otherwise....

Adding SS states will lead to insult, bickering and derogatory words and moreso leading to creation of another Nigeria.

So I think in all honest and understanding of minds SS should remain with Nigeria as SE will be only region of Biafra.

And no reason for bilateral agreements.

You have no good knowledge of diplomacy

Only Lesotho is an enclave in South Africa. What is the diplomatic relationship between Lesotho and South Africa? They are on a good relationship, no problem between the two nations so the seaports in South Africa can be used by the Mosotho government and the land can be used based on the diplomatic agreement between the two nations.
Unlike Nigeria and the proposed enclave, Biafra, there will be bitter feeling and a severe relationship tide between the two nations.

Based on the R. Niger being an international waterway, can the Nigerien government use the River Niger from the delta discharge to Wersternmost end of Kebbi State for cargo? That is a question to you.

The fact that a water is designated as international water, does it mean the nations involved do not have their own part of the water which can never be trespassed by any nation without permission? I’m sorry for your knowledge o
you are the one who doesn't know diplomacy. Trading insult online and official relations are not the same thing.

Nigeria has billions of dollars worth of investment in south east and Biafra needs Nigeria's end of the Niger as a matter of survival... Nigeria loses nothing by allowing Biafra use the Niger...

You will be drinking fura in your home when the two government will reach a trade deal... after that you can come online and insult Biafra as usual and tell us how lucky we are at Nigeria's generosity....we would insult you back while trading between the two countries go on real life

Politics › Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by selemempe(op): 8:12am On Oct 05, 2019
The need for Biafra cannot be over emphasized. First of all, Nigeria is the only country in the world with three major tribes and a 50/50 Christian and Muslim population. That is our major bane and has made national cohesion and integration impossible till tomorrow. Infant, Nigeria is the only country without a national culture or ideology.

However, the call for Biafra has made the Igbos seem weak in the midst of our close neighbours and allies the south south. Everyday we see someone claiming south south, opening a thread and either dissociating their tribe from Biafra or starting an insult against Igbos because of the believe of pro one Nigerians that without south south Biafra is dead.

Is that true? Let's look at the map of Nigeria again
https://d2071andvip0wj.cloudfront.net/styles/image_medium/s3/component/image/nigeria-biafra-map-3dec15.png?itok=vFwPplnn
The south east is surrounded by Nigeria on all sides but it can stand as a country on its own. Estwatini is doing great inside south Africa

https://www.countryreports.org/cdn_image/exW_1200/images/maps/en/wz/wz-area.gif

Estwatini is doing better in terms of quality of life and infrastructure than Nigeria. South east has a port in Onitsha and assess to river in Abia. There is oil and gas in Anambra, imo and Abia. There is still coal in Enugu.

If going forward, the south south folks refuse to unite with us who has never done anything against their interest then we must cut them lose or forget about Biafra.
Afonjas or no Afonjas, truth is that the South south has not done enough to show they are friends of the Igbos. Enemies can only sow the seed of discord where the ground is fertile.
After backing GEJ in 2015 and being hated by the north for it, did it stop Asari Dokubo from calling Igbo ijaw slavé?

How long do we keep lying to ourselves about the reality of our relationship with the south south? What have we ever gained from these people? The civil war was caused by a south south man, but it was us in the south east that paid for it.
The abandoned property saga was not done anywhere else except the south south.

We accept the ibibios in Abia but the ibibios will not accept and respect the Igbos in Akwaibom. We accept the Igala in Anambra but they won't accept the Igbos in kogi or Benue. We accept the cross river tribes in ebonyi, but the cross riverians will not accept the Igbos in cross river.

How long do we play big brother to rude people? The south south should either start acting like dependable allies of Igbos or get cut off. Right now the Igbos seem not to have allies, better that than a fake ally who gives nothing but takes everything, including our dignity.

We must not live in a bubble. Reality is real.

Supposing there is a small fraction of indigenous igbo speaking people in Akwa Ibom. How does that give the Igbos or Biafrans the right to claim the whole state? If the minority igbo speaking people choose to join Biafra you can embrace them, but you can't force a majority that is not interested in your Biafra to join you.

If ever any non-igbo could have been interested in sharing a nation with you guys, the self imposition of your ideologies will ever make everyone resist you and never want to be in union with you.

The desperation is disgusting. God forbid I wake up one day and I see my streets renamed to igbo names and the markets renamed after igbos. With this kind of mindset I'm sure that is what you'll seek to achieve and see the other tribes that make the mistake of joining you as conquered tribes. When we finally break free from the current bondage, we'll not want to go into another bondage.
this your argument is lame and childish and shows you are not really from Akwaibom.

Can you tell me where and how Igbos claimed the whole state? Any link or evidence of that?

So you have confirmed that there are Igbos carved into Akwaibom...so what else is your point?

It's a democracy bro...if the Biafran referendum ever comes up you are at liberty to vote in favour of Nigeria..but don't deny a group of people their tribe and language because you are in majority....is that not what you accuse Igbos of doing...however evidence shows that it is you who are guilty of that not the Igbos...the igala in Anambra has never been denied or asked to become Igbo by force
