Peer review could help here. debeey87: They didn't sell but alloted some of their assets to a subsidiary company. They have 7 holding companies managing different assets in the group. In my opinion, the company hasn't lost any asset rather maybe the effect of low oil price on their earnings |

Neimeth and Japaul are classic cases of Pump and Dump. GonFreecss1: You are wrong sir about “My experience not being what happened to others”. If you know what I do, you wouldn’t say that.
Thing is, I don’t have anything against anyone. I just called the Neimeth as I saw it. Pump and Dump. See sir, In cases like these only a few can cash out and that is relative to how much they put in. I am telling you that pump and dump is not large enough for a certain amount of cash that some people here will definitely laugh at.
See en, what made Neimeth so special that the value rose like that? It was the perfect Security for the pump and dump. That is what some securities are good for. Pump and dumps.
He cited pharmaceuticals around the world. Will Neimeth cure Corona? |

My Sister, Japaul needs to be investigated We are not here to lose money. Apparently the first point of call is capital preservation. If any stock does not satisfy that, please keep your money. Weldone, this is a cheat sheet. Invest in these at low price ( undervalue) and continue to take dividend until anyone among them is due for sale by being over value. Chibuking81: If you can still wait till next month of July, you can get most of sound fundamental stocks at their good lower price. Stocks like Zenith bank UBA Afriprudent Ucap Fidelity Fcmb Dangote cement GTB |

Well the effect may be slight on the banking sector. Money does not sleep However those that are in transport and logistic chain will feel the impact. Carveton business is diversified but would suffer loss of revenue where it matters. Chibuking81: They are not totally grounded, but their business will be affected. All sectors will be affected, including banking sectors. But it will not affect the banking sectors to the negative q2 EPs, but will be negative comparing the previous year. |

Sound wisdom ! emmanuelewumi: Those who bought First Bank, Guinness, Nigeria Brewery are okay.
1000 units of first bank bought at N3500 in 1993 grew to 56,000 units due to bonuses The bonus history of Nigeria brewery is far better than Nestle over the years.
Nothing must about Union Bank, if the dividends earned over the years were diversified and reinvested the Investor should be okay.
I just shared this to let people know that after having about 6 months to 12 months living expenses in money market funds, excess funds should be Invested in a business, FG Bond, stock market, real estate etc. If not the money will lose its value |

I want to assume this is net of debits and credits. Credit is coming from debts forgivenes by the bank(Access) which was previously accrued for by JP. Debit is coming from assets lease out by JP which client defaulted in payments. Agregate makes net credit. Which JP recognised as other income. Note: This figure does not involve exchange of liquid cash. It is just for the books Mcy56: Can someone pls check page 6 and interprete what this statement means under other income: I mean un-biased person pls.
3 Other Income N'000 N'000 Provision no longer required is as at result of Access/Diamond Banks debt waiver together with Finance and Operating leases written off

Yea, I am in the sector. Currently the company has issued a caution. Liability of the company is getting to a level I am not comfortable with. Check the financials. I tried to avoid companies in oil and gas sector with attendant risks. The sector can make and mar your investment easily. RabbiDoracle: I do not have Caverton stock and don't intend to have.
However, I see nothing wrong with the company.
The company services oil and gas industries.
You no fit use canoe go production platform o. You need a chopper. You need other ancillary services which they provide to the IOCs.
If you are not in the sector, you won't understand. It is only competition from like companies (onshore /offshore logistics) that can destroy Caverton. Aside that, nothing. |
