The truth is if you still know what you are doing, stocks is till the best investment vehicle Valueinvestor: The honest truth is people make money from Cryptos, forex, stocks (penny, midcap, large cap), on NSE, NYSE, even baba ijebu, but life is not just about making money, having a holistic approach towards living a balanced life is more appropriate. We've all got different level of risk appetite, hence its better to invest in line with ones personality.Any investment that does not make you sleep well at night or does not give you peace of mind is a no no, If you make all the money in this world without a sound mind in a sound body, then what profiteth thou |

What we want to hear is the portion that belong to US their new strategy is leaving us today with nothing in the deal. Who knows tomorrow with dishonest management. Where is Agba! I Mpeace: "...Elsewhere, the N17 billion inflow will also help improve on the groups existing cash position particularly its FCF which went down as a result of a surge in capex.(CFI in view)..." This part got me thinking. Its best they share the money. |

The problem is that the Management is dishonest. They do not have the interest of shareholders at heart, they careless about you. Fingers crossed while we see what they would do with the proceeds. Jayjaycee18: In spite of the obvious deceit by UACN's Mgt regarding the proposed "unbundling", i have a positive outlook on UACN after this deal with Custodian to acquire 51% of UPDC.
While the initial plan to unbundle and issue out (or dash out) shares of UACN in UPDC and UPDC's shares in UPDC REIT to existing shareholders, is most desirable and beneficial to long-suffering shareholders, getting an investor to acquire 51% of UPDC provides the required funds for UACN to enhance the coy's business model and long-term profitability.
If UACN Mgt utilizes these new funds from Custodian efficiently, a potential long-term increase in dividend yield and price appreciation should compensate shareholders for the lost bonus shares from the cancelled unbundling exercise.
Well, let's await both time and Mr. Market's verdicts on these postulations. |

That is why buy low (good ones) chop dividend, wait for price appreciation works in NSE unlike volite markets, I see investment more of NSE but with this devaluation, USD asset class is the way to go. Please is there away to get cheap Dollar instead of this cut throat price in black market? Coolcash1: I did too. That is how an efficient market works unlike our NSE.
With depreciating level of naira, i am tempted to hold my investment in usd by selling off most of my stocks on nse and focus on us market. |

A company should be able to use its own inflow. However there could be problem if Items of import are not included in HS code allowable for import by custom. Custom would deny the importation. robobo: so y cant he sell hin own money to hinself via d window naaa (even in NSE cross deal is allowed / done) |

I just like the guy call Oracle, I must confess. Though, I dont believe in predictive investment or trading, following price and shappen your cutlas when an instrument reached my undervalue level, neither am I a bottom fisher. Do your Fa amd TA analysis and when you are very comfortable, invest, Many people are too lazy to do this as such rely on "who will lead the pack". they come here to cry wolf, forgetting that it is better to take responsibility and be sincerely wrong when it happens for your trades. Definitely every one would be wrong at a point including Oracle, except those who want to argue, write long epistle and turn issues to personal insults and not accept they are wrong. I still remain an umpire Justcul: Firstly, as for me i don't care who and who you take their recommendations serious.. (because i do my due diligence).
As for those of you doubting Rabbi's predictions based on his model, well, he has not been proven wrong until Zenith touches 11.90, If this happens, then we can start talking.. As for me, I have started Buying Zenith and will continue to do so..
