Calculation of share price after dividend and bonus is very simple.
If UBA declares 3 for 1 also a dividend of N1 and close price on qualification date is N10.
1. Adjust for the dividend from the share price. 10-1= 9 price exdiv is N9
2. the curent value of 3 becomes 9x3= N27
3. Since with the addition of 1 share plus the existing 3 make for 4 number shares.
4, The value for 3 = 27 in (2) the value for 4 ( Owned and bonus ) would still remain 27, the number of unit owned has changed but the value would be constant to (what was previously owned before the bonus)
5, The value for 3 would now be divided by 4, to give per unit new share value. in this case 27/4 = 6.75 per share. |

Trading the path of money flow is the best recommendation Graciously following FPI too much money is coming, demand would soon outweight supply. RabbiDoracle: There is no second wave. No mind them.
Heat wan kee people for here. They should prepare for powerful hurricanes, typhoons, landslide after this heat.
My fear is the excess liquidity. It is worst than the coronavirus sef. But I will enjoy it (as they bring it in NSE) while it last.

I thought as much you will pick this up RabbiDoracle: I know you are not irresposible to put all your eggs in one basket,
Please mind how you write untruths. When did I say people should sell everything and buy UACN?
I hardly give a recommendation on non-banks except in special situations.
Kindly produce the post supporting your claim. |

Is it only Gamalie? most business owners dont think about reserve for staff costs or contigencies they always spend money that is yet to be earned. It is majorly big and forward thinking organisation that have heavy reserves. Most lay offs and salary cuts are not needful. It is wrong when a business does not make provision to handle staff expenses for up to a quarter. Only one month critical assets have been turned to no work , no pay. You wonder what happens to money made at the time of boom. Owners have diverted money for personal use. Money spinning staff can now be treated as unaffordable expenses. RabbiDoracle: Gamalie, please try and have a reserve abeg.

The guy has not known how to learn, he will still repeat his mistake of blaming somebody else for what goes wrong. When you can not take resposibility for your action, then you have not started stock trading or investment. meine: Did he put a gun to your head to buy the stock or not to buy? Why didnt you do your own due diligence? What of correct predictions hw has made in the past? To slap people like you just dey hungry me. |

The question is, who will sell MTN at .20K and buy UPDCREIT at N10 talk2me2: I am not wrong the par value of updcreit remains N10 no mater the market price just as the par value of MTN remains N0.20 no matter the market price. |

I have learnt not to follow any news that is not backed with figures, I am contented with miss oppourtunities. than tell stories that touch the heart. There is nothing anyone would have said to make you avoid buying uacn |

Caverton'n is not immuned to COVID 19 and price war. All oil majors you mentioned have cut down operations significantly jideflash: Caverton's revenue is contract based with fresh contracts signed with Chevron + Shell and other upstream oil and gas clients. We havent heard of any upstream oil and gas company shutting down their crude production. so caverton will continue to operate and earn. Again caverton contracts are based in dollars. Nahco operations is totally different from caverton. |
