Recently, I got a second job (care job) doing 36 hrs /week.

There're 2 types of PhD: salaried and non-salaried. These 2 applied to Nordic, Swiss, and few others around.
For salaried, you are essential a 'staff' but doing research towards your PhD. Just think of a GA in a 9ja uni.
For non-salaried, you might be self-paying or receiving scholarship (partial or full).
For both, you'll typically go through an application process. For the non-salaried, you might have some slack.
The salaried is the default. Essentially, you're not only 'applying' for a PhD slot (with proposal for a research topic), but also for a job! You'll typically go through an interview process.

and if u switch to work visa.. it is either u spend 5 years on the work visa to ILR or u combine both student status and work status and any other legal status for 10 years to ilr. They are not same.
If you decide to switch to spouse kwa, you restart on 5 year route from the date the visa is granted

So I sent the email and the company went ahead to ignore me. I followed up with a call and same old story, I come go report to small court claims. Dem con tell court say I no show up for my shift… well thank God for screenshots o. The small claims court offered mediation services. The mediator tried to contact them but they were unresponsive. So matter don Dey court. As them see say matter don Dey go court level, them start to Dey call make I withdraw the case say dem go pay me within the hour… I tell dem say my money for hand back for ground.
Them come say make I send mail saying I will withdraw the case…for where? How can I be making a claim and be the one sending a mail to you promising to withdraw?there has to be an offer mail from them first.

PhD admission and scholarship depend on a number of factors. Obviously, having quality publications oil the wheels

Indonesian Journal of Agricultural Research: might or might not be. Doesn't appear outrightly so. If not, one expect them to make a push for Scopus now that they are at 5th volume.
What is obvious though is that they are low impact. You may want to consider Journal of Agricultural Research (ISSN 0021-8596) which is relatively moderate
Sciendo (self-existing subsidiary of De Gruyter) has different journals. Typically non-predatory nor mainstream. You'll need to check the exact journal.

On face value, 10 Scopus, 3 SSCI/IBSS doesn't look too bad for postdocs, generally speaking.
A research concept or aligning with one, might be the differentiator.

Regarding papers, the higher you go, the more the 'impact' counts, beyond the listing; obviously outright predatory are out of the eqn.
I tend to look at journal info in Scimago. You can also compliment with Clarivate JCR.

For biz, ABS AJG (UK and globally) or ABDC (Pacific) should be reference points.
PS: your Small business and Strategy tilts towards biz.
If you list your SSCI/IBSS and Scopus, we might be able to feedback (you can just list the journals without the citations)

During your MSc, did you work on 'real life' / 'real life-like' project(s). Those are your starter pack portfolio.
Secondly, what career path were you before. Try to apply AI/DS/ML principle to any of your previous engagement. Remember, having worked in this domain before, you are more or less an 'oracle' / subject matter expert in that domain.

Try to set up a GitHub profile as repository for your 'original' AI/DS projects (codes) and LinkedIn/Medium to write about them (high level)

There are many ways to get by. You may start with these.
