If you've been banned before, subsequent bans may be longer. We are trying to find the right ban dosage that will change your behaviour.

They are in violation of rule 1 and rule 18 and therefore removing them is the policy. There are some issues with execution, though.

We are strongly considering it. I am concerned about having a fractured forum where some people can't see what other people are posting. I feel that if a post is toxic, then we should block it for everyone. But due to practical considerations, it may be necessary to go this route.
