I'm going to continue to allow people who are determined to lose their money to share information with each other, because if I don't, I will lose their traffic to other site owners who are less interested in the truth.

However, I will put up more warnings to discourage those who are on the brink of making this bad decision.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Dividing The Job Section Into Categories by Seun(mod): 9:07pm On Jul 12, 2007
omakpo, I understand and appreciate your concern, but I think this change will actually solve the problem you are talking about much better. If appropriate categories are created, you will not have to wade through vacancies that are unrelated to the kind of work you're looking for. An engineer won't have to wade through hospital vacancies for doctors and nurses, for example. Someone interested in a banking or oil company job will go straight to that section.

Many people consider it bad taste to discuss someone's salary in public, so it's hard to do what you're asking.
However, I think posting the salary for a job can motivate people who otherwise would have skipped your ad.
