Many things that God is reported to have done in the bible are evil, so slavery is no exception.

No, it is not, but the best websites are dynamic and that requires some programming.

you will only be remembered when you affect people's lives.
You can't become the richest man in the world without affecting people's lives, positively or negatively!

I don't think Bill Gate will feel bad about the position
I'm sure that by now he is used to being introduced as "the richest man in the World". He's lost that now.
Graphics/Video Market › My Video Production Startup Needs A Manager by Seun(mod):
UPDATES:
- Demonstrable Experience with video production and editing will put you ahead of other candidates.
- Send your application to -- with a copy of your 100% honest CV with references.

Hello there,

My name is Seun Osewa, and I'm an entrepreneur and web publisher.

During the last 12 months, I spent a lot of time doing research on video production with the aim of going into movie production, but over time I realized that movie production is not a very sound business to pursue.

However, observing that there is a strong demand for video production in other areas such as event coverage, I am still interested in starting a Video Production company, though I can't manage it myself.

I need a charismatic manager with good people skills and a willingness to handle the camera. Someone who can deal with Alaba boys when the business requires it, deal with non-paying customers and government agents when required. That is, a real business person who understands the Nigerian environment.

The headquarters of the business will be based in Sango Ota, Ogun State, so I can monitor it constantly.

You will solicit jobs in Sango Ota and surrounding towns depending on demand. Event coverage, video duplication, video editing, et cetera. If you can't do these things, you must be willing to learn them (as I have).

You will receive a moderate salary and will be rewarded partial ownership of the business over time if you perform. But you will have to perform; the business must be cash flow positive from the first month. No kidding!

Qualifications: Enthusiasm, creativity, street smarts, trustworthiness, ambition, people skills.
(Let's face it, I probably need someone at HNd level or above, though the paper is not a strict requirement.)

If you ask any questions about this job I'm offering, please ask away. I'll tell you how to apply soon.

Best Regards,
Seun Osewa.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Age Limitation In Vacancy Adverts by Seun(mod): 12:34pm On Jul 11, 2007
Single employees tend to put in more hours, because they have no families to take care of. They also demand less money, for the same reason. Some companies also prefer young employees because they tend to be fast and eager learners. Others because their managers are young!

While it's a pity that a few older people who are young at heart are harmed by this discrimination, it is not always worth the added time cost of interviewing more candidates? No. Don't forget that time is money.

Why don't you complain when companies demand a first degree? Can't you be a good employee without a degree?

I'm 100% sure that Bill Gates will feel bad about this. It is not about the money, it's about the position.
What has happened to Bill Gates is like being demoted from first position to second position in school.
Even if you score all As, the fact that someone scored higher than you will still bother you. It's about pride.

the buzz on Engadget is that Safari
You don't have to rely on "the buzz on Engadget". You can download the damned thing and test it!

Personally, I think the browser is pretty good, though it consumes more memory than Firefox, which is a no-no.

@angel101: Our president's first action was to resolve the labor crisis
created by the previous administration. His second action was to command
security operatives to resolve a hostage crisis. I'd say he's been pretty busy.

mishoo: One of the sacrifices of love.
I don't believe in making sacrifices for 'love'. By the time you start suffering from the sacrifice, your 'love' will have been replaced by resentment, and you will lose. Love is not a religion, so always use your brain.

i wont say our life aspirations aren't in sync. we pretty much want the same things out of life.
Hmmm. So your long time aspirations are in sync? If so, then that's lovely. I hope he's not the one implying that it's your responsibility to follow him to London because you're a woman. I hope he's a modern man.

It seems that you are just afraid of relocation. Hmmm. I don't know what to say; I also hate relocation.

Such factors should be considered before saying "Yes, I will marry you". You did not choose your fiance well.
It's not only about whether the guy is a 'nice guy' or you 'love him'. Your life aspirations must be in sync.
When a man asks you, "marry me" the right answer is not "yes" or "no", but a series of intelligent questions.

So how can I answer this question. You are not wrong to want to stay here, and he is not wrong to want to stay abroad. However, if you want to be married, one of you must have a change of mind. That is all. smiley
