Take your calculator, do ur statistic and compare other countries to Nigeria and see that the result is infact under reported due to lack of massive testing kits.
Just know that if government test 1 million people today in high risk area, expect result of tens of thsusand infected.

The only good news is that only 20% of infected person will show symptoms while only few of the people with symptoms will die.

Always use your head even if it makes u happy to blame government.

You needs to know most plant in China are there to serve the western markets with cheap goods, as average Chinese becomes rich due to this move, they form markets as well.

It takes huge effort to setup plants, supply chains and trained workers to just move a factory where you produce more than 50% of your global supply because the market is shrinking in that country. They were in that country when the same country had no market at all, so why move when they had 1% market ( dont forget 1% market in China is more than 30% market is Vietnam, Thailand etc)

You need to know the grand scheme going on under the radar and the diplomatic armtwisting going under the radar.

You needs to know the game plan since Trump took over, the plan was to dismantled Chinese manufacturing prowess and bring it back to America, but since it couldnt be done because of cost, other asian countries were presented as option Vietnam, thailand, Indonesia, Bangalore etc with India as the main target but it was very difficult to shift it because China has the infrastructure, supply chains ( in a phone manucturing hub there is gorrila glass plant, microchips manufacturing plant, screen manufacturing plant, poly plastic fiber plant, camera sensor plant etc at the same hub in the same area), enormous cheap but technical labour( China can assemble 100,000 certified electronic engineers in Iphone factory within a week to mass produce the phone that will be released in 2 months time), political stability etc. This are what other alternative countries lacks and has been the stumbling block to the dismantling of China's manufacturing capacity. Luckily Chinese government has seen it coming since early 2000s, there has been debate on how to cripple China but America had alot on it plates and China was put on hold until Trump came in, so Chinese government has been diversifying Chinese economy from low yields manufacturing to high grade scientific invention such as telecominication (5G) microchips, Softwares, Robotics, Automobile, aeronautics etc. This are area reserved for America but Chinese are trying to move up to such ladder.

You need to realise that the Chinese plan was to move those manufacturing stuff to Africa Nigeria, Ethopia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Ghana etc are Chinese target and that is one of the reason why Africa was included in new silk road.

UN to run out of money by end of month, secretary general warns

Peace-keeping missions at risk and staff warned to expect default on salaries as member states hold off paying annual fee

The United Nations could run out of money by the end of the month as it faces a near-unprecedented funding crisis, the secretary-general has warned.

Almost a third of member states have not paid their annual dues leading to a £1.3 billion black hole, António Guterres said in a statement on Tuesday.

The shortage of cash has meant vital staff vacancies have been left empty, travel limited to all but essential journeys and meetings deferred amid attempts to shore up the dwindling reserves. Staff have been warned there may be a default on salaries in November.

Peace-keeping operations, which are paid for from a closed budget, could eventually be scaled back, Mr Guterres indicated.


“The organisation runs the risk of depleting its liquidity reserves by the end of the month and defaulting on payments to staff and vendors,” he said during the shock warning, adding: "Our work and our reforms are at risk.”

He urged the 64 members who have not coughed up - from a total 193 - to do so “urgently and in full”. The appeal came during a committee meeting of the General Assembly on Tuesday morning.


But making the crisis explicit later in the day, Stéphane Dujarric, Mr Guterres’s spokesperson, told reporters that a “default…could risk disrupting operations globally.”

He added: “The secretary-general further asked governments to address the underlying reasons for the crisis and agree on measures to put the United Nations on a sound financial footing.”


He did not name the countries who had fallen into arrears or offer a reason why so many had failed to pay up.

But he said that, as of the end of September, only 70 per cent of the total memberships bills had been paid.

“To date, we have averted major disruptions to operations”, said the statement, but “these measures are no longer enough. The secretariat could face a default on salaries and payments for goods and services by the end of November unless more member states pay their budget dues in full.”

He added that the UN budget implementation was no longer being driven by planning, but according to “the availability of cash at hand…[which] undermines mandate delivery and goes against our efforts to focus less on inputs and more on results.”

Honestly the phone is cheap for the specs. It even beats super flagiship phones in certain aspect especially 50watt charging in less than 30 minutes but the camera is not at the top like the sammy, huawei and even note 10 pro but the price is far below all those phones.
