Dear All,
I am writing this draft to solicit for your advise/help with regards to my application. My application was rejected on the 18th of April 2019 for a reason which I raised CSE on 5 days prior to the day of rejection. The issue is related to mistake on NOC number. Instead of me picking 1212, I picked 1112. This was noticed after 10 months of waiting for PPR via GCMS notes. I would like to hear from everyone on the best way to contest this decision as I am seriously bothered and I can tell my wife yet because we have sacrificed a lot for this application. Thank you in anticipation of your responses. |

You may need to visit the school. They are doing skeletal operations. When you get to the exams and records unit at the Senate building, approach one of them maturely and tell him or her your plight. You may need to rob the person's pam to fast track everything. @ Inception12, are you saying that it takes longer when you add your spouse pre PPR than post PPR? I will like you or anyone to respond because this pre PPR is plan and I would like to know if I should stick to it or not. Thanks. Inception12: It happens a lot, in fact, according to that canada visa forum, it's better than adding the spouse before you receive PPR as it usually only adds 4 to 8 weeks to your application and since you've already received PPR, it makes it easier four your spouse to receive one as well. As long she passes her medicals and has her own PCC.
Though you have to return the passport and Copr and then you and your spouse are given new ones and you get a new visa stamped in your passport. |

Travel › Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant by seunfoster: 7:57pm On Aug 26, 2017 |
Can I pm you? honey86: Yes I know people who are taking this route. One of them is going to be writing his final exams this year.
If you decide that you want to go back to school. Look for an accounting diploma program that will give exemption when you are done. You can usually find this information on CPA's website for the province where you will be residing. Instead of 4 years in school, you can get a job after taking the two years course. You can continue taking your CPA courses. |

Hello, if I get you right, are you saying that with I CAN someone can start CPA in Canada? I have a friend in Alberta and she thinks it is not possible to start CPA with I CAN hence she started school so that she earn BSc Accounting and do CPA with the certificate. kindly shed light on this. Thank you. honey86: It's the same process as someone with ACCA. Only that you won't get as much exemption as someone with ACCA. You will however, get more exemptions than someone with only BSc Accounting. I know ICAN is in talks with CPA to increase the exemptions for ICAN holders.
Each province has their own CPA website too. But I think the first step is to register and send all transcripts to CPA.
I hope this helps. |

ACA means Associate chartered accountant and AAT means Associate accounting technician. My BSc is in Economics and MBA is Finance. I just wanted to know which direction I should go when I get to Canada. You know that having the right skills set and education matters over there. Thank you. salford1: your question is way above my head. i dont even know what aca or aat means... |
