I want to believe you are asking if you can get approval even if your show pof slightly lesser than what you require. Well, is your dad your sponsor or he is just giving you a one off gift?
If the amount is significant then you have to give details of his source of money, his SOA, and proof or

My sister in canada sent this money to him so that we can have a proof of genuine reason why their is lump sum in my account . And my sister can't be my sponsor because we don't want to complicate things as she is resident in canada. My dad is retired. Can I just do deed of gifts alone instead of printing his soa?

Hello house ,
My tuition is 17k and I have bin able to pay 9k. In my calculations I should have 30k cad but I have only 27k including the tuition I paid for. Does anyone have less than 30k cad and was approved visa?

My father would be sending money to me . Will he need to provide a statement of account or gift deed is OK?

Good day everyone. Please I'll like opinion on this. I just got married to my husband here in Nigeria. My husband is Canadian and I am Nigerian. He is planning to sponsor me to Canada as his wife (spousal sponsorship). I just want to know if anyone had a successful application and how long exactly before cic gave them visa? Did anyone had to wait for a year? And also I would like to know what documents were required exactly. I have done change of name and looking

forward to getting a new international passport.
And also I've been denied visiting him before we got married I will therefore like to know if I can apply for visit while the application for spousal sponsorship is ongoing?

My husband sponsored me. We submitted our application in August 2017
I was given an application number and uci in October
Police clearance and schedule A form was requested in November
Medical exam was requested from my daughter and I (I was pregnant during the application and it was stated in the application)in January . It was a long wait before we received passport request
Ppr was in August 2018
Copr was issued September 4
I received my immigrant visa in September 25th via dhl
Documents requested for will include your husbands payslip and proof of employment and status in Canada, birth certificate, marriage certificate,we submitted whatsapp chats and emails to prove that we communicate well, your wedding pictures, proof that he visits you in Nigeria (flight tickets),proof that he sends money home to supports you(receipt from western union or money gram or any means that he sends money home with his name has the sender.

If you want to practice your tailoring trade, I think places like Toronto, Ottawa should be your abode cos you have a lot of Nigerians there and they merry a lot. With the little money they make, they live life to the fullest and every Saturday there is always an Owambe things around.

Thank u

Hi, to add to what has already been shared with you, you can go here for the Parent Guide to Licensed Child Care in Ottawa, https://documents.ottawa.ca/sites/default/files/documents/parent_guide_en_May%202018.pdf

You can also get help with your child care costs at this link, https://ottawa.ca/en/residents/social-services/childrens-services/get-help-your-child-care-costs

For fashion design business, you may want to align with the Nigerian/African network/community in Ottawa. Find and join the usual WhatsApp groups, Nigerian professionals groups, church/mosques so you know how big the potential market is and to get referrals. If people know you and refer you, your business can grow and you are aware of the trends your clients want. If you're looking at Western fashion, then you should probably consider a short course to get you up to speed and then know how to get the necessary licensing/registration done before you open shop. Check with the immigrant assistance agencies close to you like YMCA or YWCA and OCISO, https://ociso.org/employment/

For information on general Bridge Training Programs in Ontario, check here and se what you can find to help you on your way, http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/working/OI_BRIDGE_GENERAL.html

Hope these point you in a good direction.
This is very helpful. Thank you so much

Am in your shoes as well. The only difference is that I will be going abroad with him but not anytime soon cos of the visa processing period. I get rid of boredom by watching movies, visiting parents and my in laws. But in your own case I think you should get a job. How often does your husband come home?
