I doubt if Dis can work, we all knw d housing market is imperfect and is affected by the inelasticity of the demand and supply, location of d house, government policy among other.

Aldo Dis may b an eyes opener bt I doubt if it will work in comparison with oda market like stock exchange.

Paramount to construction are the title documents most importantly survey plan. We can get you a survey plan with evidence of lodgment of Redcopy for a reasonable amount.

Secondly, is the Certificate of Occupancy " C of O"/ Governors Consent, Regularisation among others.

However, below are the requirements for Regularisation:

1. Land Information
2. Three (3) survey plan
3. Picture of the site with date and time
4. Four (4) passport photograph with with background 5cm by 5cm
5. Development levy
6. Tax
7. Family receipt with stamp duty
8. Location sketch map
9. Regularisation form
10. Official receipt
11. Site inspection

*Note*: The assessment for Ratification/Regularisation will be based on the land size and location

Aldo according to land use act of 1978, all land a vested in the hand of state Governor, however, der a some land dat wer own by families b4 Dis tym whc government as no control on it except wen u need c of o for it.

Well, we eat based on our pocket as I guy wit Dis all I need is just, #20 grounded pepe, #50 sachet tomatoes, #50 vegetable, #50 cray fish. I av plan oil, salt and maggi at home. All = #170 and am gonna eat dat for 2days.
