Please is there anyway that I can track my GCMS note requested by someone inside canada that paid $5?

I applied for SP without my family for obvious reason and started online before my visa was approved towards the end of my school program.

I am now in Canada. I am working and have received my PGWP after completing my studies.

I want to apply for my wife and family to come over to Canada.

1. Is it better to apply for visitors visa and change status when they come in ?

2. Should I apply for spouse work permit and study permit for my kids ? What additional documents do I need.

I have checked part of the thread but all I see is people with Study Permit applying for family and not PGWP.

Pls do visit visa because sowp is taking longer time.

@Shams040 You can go ahead and renew your own passport, then apply for your extension separately.In the case of your spouse's sowp, you can address same in two ways not sure you can link your extension to hers now since they are separate applications, you gerrit...

1.If she is yet to receive feedback on her current SOWP application, and should you receive approval for your study permit extension (while her application is still in process), she can raise a web form to attach your updated study permit to her application.And the duration on her PP would be same as your updated study permit.

2. If she gets a feedback before your extension is granted, once your extension is approved she can apply for her own Open Work Permit Extension. Extensions within Canada is not as slow as we currently have our Sowps /Study permit outside Canada (Naija) and whichever way you choose to go about may it end in your favour.

No you can't. You have to submit application first before you can be requested to give your biometric.

- Appointment letter
- Her International Passport
- 2 Coloured Copies of International Passport Data Page.

Please help ooo. I submitted my wife's SOWP and to date they dont send her biometric request and dont allocate UCI for her. I have sent several webforms but dont get any response.

Please what else can we do?

Within a day...but times are different everything with IRCC is no longer how they use to be

Maybe if the person has connect but to say you are giving a random individual an upfront medical date you won’t be using to another person impossible

Another thing you can do is to run ur hubby account with the funds from ur father's account. Then use only ur husband as sponsor

I think everything just needs to be logical. If her dad is who has the money she should use it and no need to complicate it. She can claim that it is part of her father's policy to send his children to any country even when they are married and she can back it up with her sibling's certificate to show the commitment of her dad towards education. If your husband got some money to show just put it too as his own contribution and if not no problem. This Canada stuff is not as hard as people are taking it. Everything is just logic and how you present it.
