Delphi:I am goin to tell you what i told barcanista when he wrote one epistle in this regard! Go and start from the bottom- go and contest for Councillor, grow and kno the ropes or u jst want to wake one day and see urself as president? We once had a young bankole as senate president, but u and i kno how he left that seat and what has become of his political career! We have to do more than mouth this on social media and make a conscious effort to go for it! The older generation with all their deficiencies are very weary about givn power to the younger generation because we haven't proven ourselves in that sphere! Even in those countries we youths in Nigeria keep mouthing about, the youths were not "given" but they "took" it! They grew in the system! So youths like u better get off this entitlement mentality cos even in those countries we keep makin reference to there are still "gerontocrats"! How old is Donald Trump? |
HalimaSadiya:Lima isnt it funny that "educated folks actually believe ONLY buhari's wife bares that name.....21st century humans fa...nawa o! |
TippyTop:Son...still grasping at straws? I wonder how you sleep at night with that much hate in ur bossom? If you have been around in here for as long as you say, you will know that this has been trashed and nobody takes ur rants with a pinch seriousness! We actually find your noise amusing....please keep at it! More elbow to your grease! ![]() |
ejilife:When folks like u who have only seen Abuja on tv try to paint yourself as authority figure on somethin you kno absolutely nothin about, u jst make some of us laugh! So govt bought off all the world media that thrive on such news right? How come the BBC knows about this? Please telll me the govt bought every person with a phone in the North I guess! Son, we leave in a global village and its gon b difficult stifling the information flow of such an incident! Yes, the military not reporting it is strategic in starving them of propagandist mileage that some of get jerk off but does that mean that the residents in the North dnt know about it? The way some of you come out wailing whenever theres some bad news makes me wonder if you masturbate on bad news! The bokoharam menace wont end overnight but with the rate of successes recorded by our military, its only a matter of time and if you want to know how long it will take, please pack ur ghana must go and head to the North East! There was a time when a day wont pass without a bomb blast in any of the North East states. When was the last time you heard Adamawa in the news on the issue of bokoharam? Abeg let us hear word! |
HazzanTazzan:Its not enough for you to come online and castigate a policy and brag about how much you make just cos you are way above doin it, have u helped anyone out? There are folks who cant afford data of 1k per month, talk more of owning a laptop and doing gigs like u do on fiverr! I was once there! I had to teach for 18k to raise funds to start my first blog and along the line I got a well paying gig as a Search Engine Evaluator with Appen for bing! I also do gigs on upwork! Life is stratified and 23k will be a big boost to their income. They are not spendin their whole life on 23 but any smart folk out shd think of saving to start somthin when it all ends. Discouraging comments like yours is not necessary! |
Destined2win:U jst gave "rampage"a new meaning! If they are on rampage now then what were they then? Funny you! Can you remember the last time you had a bomb blast? Can u rmember when those terrorists made our soldiers run? Abegi you dnt have to comment if you dnt have anythin to say cos those in the know know better! Rampage ni Fanpage ko! |
Charly68:Agreed 100%...they shd do their worse and lets see where the pendulum sways! Animals in human flesh they are! |
PassingShot:And if we dnt get rid of corruption under PMB, then I dare say we have lost it! How many more lifelines will God give this nation? This is our biggest opportunity to get things right and some folks want us to cower in fear! Never! |
Fredchisom:Just slowly read....i mean very slowly read what you wrote and tell me if it is congruent with what i posted! Please stay off my mentions! |
Addicted2Women:Son, all you just spewed is just emotional sentiments! Until youths from the ND ask the right questions, they will keep goin round and round gettin the same B.S and they will come on a forum like you to wail! There was a time the SS said they wanted 13% derivation from the Oil from their lands to develop the Niger Delta. They got it! Can you in all honesty tell me that you can show me even a trace of that 13% in any of the ND states? Then the SS said they wanted a ND ministry to do the very same thing that 13% couldnt do. They got it! This is a ministry for and run by folks of SS extraction. Can u b honest to tell me the impact it has on the common man in the creeks? Before all these there was an NDDC, remember? Where is the money been pumped into this institutions all to cater for the ND going to? What is the monthly allocation of Bayelsa or Delta State relative to Lagos State that you want replicated in the ND? Do u kno Bayelsa is owing salaries? What biz has bayelsa wt owing salaries? I only read this emotion-laden hooey over and again as if the issues of the ND jst started immediately PMB came onboard! Folks keep mentioning federalism as if it is one magic bullet that solves every problem overrnyt. If Lagos even without Federalism is this developed it is a stupid excuse by the ND to hope on some phantom pill to solve her issues. We have the most cerebrally indolent leaders in the ND akin to those in the North and they are devoid of any modicum of vision. Folks from the SS can keep salivating on pictures of Lagos and Abj (and soon Ogun State) all they want, but untl they fix the leadership deficit even emptyin this budget in the Niger delta wont see any appreciable change. If Lagos is where it is witout Federalism, you cant imagine where it wl b with it! They need to go take a course from Obiano of Anambra state, who has stayed out of this political nonsense that has dominated the landscape and has remained focused on governance issues. If the SS had jst one Obiano ryt now we wont be havin this conversation! Its now clear the criminal avengers "demands" are not in anyway Pro-ND but jst a decoy to get sympathy from folks like you |
light004:Son, I have noticed that there is one word and a phrase that has been overused and gosh, it has become stale! PROPAGANDA and MEDIA TRIAL! Can u folks pls give this a rest? Nobody is buying this B.S! Why do u think the NDA hasnt denied that? Atlist they told us jst this morning that they blew an oil well! Doesnt this put a dent on their "Robbin hood" posture? When Saharareporters said PmB had an ear infection...ur cotravellers ran naked with it. It wasnt propaganda but when they say anythin that doesnt pander to ur script...save it Son! |
davodyguy:I concur 100% |
davodyguy:God help us in this country! So ppl want to hold us to ransom becos someone had d guts to confront them head on? That means they wdnt hesitate to eliminate PMB if given the chance! |
mrvitalis:So all their "demands" was a just a decoy to buy sympathy from fellas from the Niger Delta? It was never about oil and they never cared about those folks who come in here and foam from the sides of their mouth on how govt has abandoned the goose that lays the golden eggs! So it was about the fight against corruption? Niger Delta civilian JTF loading... |
If this is true, hmmm...am lost for words! |
stephliet:If your Amadioha didnt nothing to me newbie, then you and I kno who the bigger foool is! Atlist you used your own words this time without bn a copycat! hahahahaah u sef wan blend! |
stephliet:Its so easy to know a newbie around here! How? They dnt have words of their own Quote me and have Ama...what? I jst did! Hmm..little lady..jst cos every nuisance around here uses that insipid line, it shdnt mean u shd....get creative! For as long as those terrorists are not ghosts, and there is community participation (NAOC) to fish them out, its just a matter of time before they rat them out! Folks like can shout can shout it a lie all you want, it doesnt change nada, zilch! |
eleojo23:Yeah longest time....happy sunday! Its very easy to get swamped with the "double speak" notion especially when you get carried away by the headlines of newspapers and social media these days. This is also not to say that there hasn't been times when this govt has contradicted itself! I think we have to be circumspect and read in between the lines when reading whatever we read. I will rather we praise when we need to and wait to see if our doubts manifest! Then we can do the needful! Have a lovely week bro! |
eleojo23:Ele as much u are entitled to an opinion am surprised that such an opinion is coming from you! Why are states struggling to pay salary if the country is not broke? And remember it started before PMB said that. This is an interim report detailing what was RECOVERED, (this is almost half of this years budget) and recovered monies have their legal dirt to be cleared before Nigeria can take full ownership of it. This necessitated the non- publishing of the names of the folks responsible for this heist! Fabricated figures? Hmm...smh |
AceRoyal:And SaharaReporters is now "this goverment"? Hmm... you folks can stop peddling this stale line of "media trial" abi....we are already in june Son! Its comments like yours that is actually tiring! ![]() |
ElCount:What u opined is wrong on a whole lot of fronts 1. The issue of the confab report not having the legal backing (NO FORCE OF LAW) as it stands is jst what is-a document with RECOMMENDATIONS! This is the death knell of that document as the National assembly will be its. burial ground. Even GEJ was advised on that but its obvios that political expediency had free reign over and above the propriety of that course of action! Buhari cant dust that document and implement without it been debated by the house! Does the PIB bill come to mind, what has become of it? Do not forget that the National assembly never bought into the idea of the conference and they made that abundantly clear. If GEJ had to wait till 2 days to the end of his tenure before he sent it to the national assembly in a PDP dominated house, and it wasnt looked at for a second, tells u so much that he knows it wont go anywhere beyond the archives! 2. Point of correction: The TSA is "nobody's" idea not even GEJ's but it has always bn a part of our constitution but its implementation was never done until now! Maybe u are confusin BVN for TSA! 3. The arguments for and against the removal of subsidy predates GEJ but it was in GEJ's was there the first genuine attempt to remove the fraud called subsidy. The "what" and the "how" is now history! Lets try to be civil and less emotional in our arguments and instead of channeling our energy on PMB, we should get in touch with our Senators and Reps on this issue like we did on the budget! If we can get substantial commitment from them! Then, maybe we can blow the rooof off PMBs head! Goodmornin |
jamesibor:And blowing up pipelines only affects pipelines i guess? Hmm...let them keep blowing anything in sight till they find nothing to blow! Then we wl see how the ND turns to dubai overnight! We all suffer it...folks that support them n folks that dont! |
olafum1:My problem with what u opined is simply that it is based on sentiments-vain sentiments! 1. Where did u read me "supporting the anihilation" of Niger Deltans? I pray you tell me! I am for rooting out of criminality, whether NDA, BokoHaram or Fulani herdsmen! Of course u cant rule out "collateral damage" in a combat of such nature! You cant carry termite-infested firewood and wont have lizards as visitors! 2. Did I ask you why they were bombing now? Gosh! that was rhetorical! I ddnt even read your response to that. What has bakasi got to do with subject of discourse...go and read there was international court ruling that ceded bakasi to cameroon! What is the issue with fulani herdsmen been treated like boko haram when PMB has orderd our security outfits to deal with those criminals jst as he has said the same of the NDA! Yes, the NDA are economic terrorists and should be treated as such! You can't just wake up and take laws into your hands in. a sovereign state...no govt will fold their hands! You conveniently ignored the part to do with the UNEP report! No wahala! Folks like you keep askin the govt to engage with the militants but u find it out of place to ask the NDA to ceasefire and so that we can see the govt next step! You support them and shout when i decide to fight back! 3. Yes, there is a leadership deficit in the South-south but how come even with that general bad leadership a place like lagos is developing. How much allocation does lagos get as allocation relative to lets say bayelsa or delta state plus all the other agencies i previously mentioned. If they were performin, we wont be havin this conversation. Why wont folks like you ever ask questions on what is been done with all the money in the region instead you rather choose to salivate at a picture of Lagos state? You talked about federalism which is quite a good regional development tool but will you agree that a place like lagos "over-reached" itself and is now "operating" with that tool? You dnt believe me? Do you know that Lagos state i think is the only state that can remain viable without federal allocation? Why cant that be replicated in the ND? We have leaders who are deficient of vision! Take it or leave it oil is losing relevance gradually and when the world transits to out of oil, then whats next? 4.Let me tell u my personal position on this, let NDA or whoever wants to join the party continue bombing every single pipeline they can find. You that supports them and I that don't will suffer the consequences. Hope that is fair but remember the elites with fat pockets wont feel a pinch and you know what? The only thing this whole madness MIGHT cost Buhari is the next election. Hope that will make some people sleep well at night. After that i will like to see how the ND turns to Dubai over night when they are done! P.S: I am all for dialogue but you cant keep blowing pipelines and you want us to dialogue! |
olafum1:Yaradua nailed nothing Son, he only postponed judgement day to later and this govt is inheriting that. That whole amnesty thing is what paves way for this where some criminality is seen as lucrative! It is still the divide and rule system where symptoms are treated and the cause remains! Why didnt they blow pipelines during GEJ time when he was empowered other criminals like Tompolo! The Niger Delta is cursed with the worse leaders akin to leaders in the North! There was a time the Niger Delta asked for 13% derivation. Can u in all honesty tell me where the whole 13% derivation has gone to? We also asked for Niger Delta Ministry! Do you by chance know how that has impacted the lives of Niger deltans on the streeet? Lest not forget that we had an NDDC. This is another drainpipe! What the heck happens there? If the Niger Delta cant make do with the "little" she gets, then it bares askin if we can do anything with the whole treasury in our backyard! Our problems are our greedy leaders and bombing pipelines to make a point only makes everything worse. One thing I have noticed when. some of u talk about the condition in the Niger delta u try to make it look like the issue started yesterday when PMB assumed office! PMB jst came onboard and one of the very first things he did was move for the implementation of the UNEP report for the clean up of Ogoni land. This was a document that has gathered so much dust even when GEJ was there. This self serving and criminaal activity is hasty and unjustifiable. Why not wait to see what policy direction the govt takes concerning the Niger delta! If Lagos state developed to the way it is without federalism, you cant imagine where they will be with it. Leaders in the Niger Delta should get their acts together like Obiano is doin in the core "5%" zone without makin noise about it! One thing needs to be said, NDA are criminals with the likes of tompolo, asari and the rest! |
kaffy4tope:Hahahahahaha...wicked! Gosh....2baba? Father of all nations...as in father Abraham sorry Father 2baaba....lol Happy new month! |
ronald4lif:Maybe the whole essence of the thread is to mock the man, that i dnt know about, but u unwittingly made it worse by calling him physically challenged which he is not! This remains my bone of contention with you! |
ikennaf1:Yes it is! Maybe I shd ask you why in April PMB had a rating of 42% and in May he had 64%. Aha now u get my point or Maybe u hv an answer to that! |
AceRoyal:I beg to differ too....lol.. Actually Ace, I concur wt wat u said but my opinion is the respondents polled answerd from a place of optimistic belief! |
ronald4lif:Haba bros...how is that man physically challenged? The man is not disabled in anyway, so I dnt see why you are breaking sweat over the pics! |
ronald4lif:Haba bros...how is that man physically challenged? The man is not disabled in anyway, so I dnt see why you are breaking sweat! |
AceRoyal:Sir, I beg to disagree with you on caller the organization that conducted the polls "asss-lickers" jst cos you feel this administration was rated highly. Yes, we are in dire straits and almost perilous but Nigerians out there know that the govt though slow id workin on a strategic trajectory! Nigerians and even those that seem to oppose this govt have so much faith in this govt and that is why the number is high. The high rating is not to butt-lick the govt but a firm a belief in what the govt can do! This is why the strike embarked by NLC flopped! |
