My parents got married quite early. Today they can reap the benefits of 3 working children while they are still quite young. Mom is in her mid 50s while dad is in his late 50s. If u can and feel like getting married please go for it. Someone mentioned people do it more in the north, you might be right but funny people in the U.S.A and U.k marry quite early to, 22-27 range. Find out.

This is by far the funniest thing i have read, but funny enough its the truth. But come to think about it o, this kind of revolution and the followers has nothing to do with the wealthy people, the rich ones would not follow anybody any where, i think the poor people are the most vulnerable and religous,

Just as chukvyl pointed out, i quite agree with him, am in the I.T industry also and the best way to get in is by system administration/support. From there you can climb to any heights. If you can start with support then you would need stuffs like MSCE added with CCNA, from there you most likely would get into the job force and be able to afford the rest also you would get the exposure needed.
After this you could start considering the high end Certifications where the big bucks are: SAP, CCIE, AVAYA, RF (Radio frequency). But you have to get in somewhere to start basicly. Thats what i did, and it worked for me!! Am where i want to be right now.
Also this is just my opinion, might not be a professional advice. Good luck and welcome onboard.

1st of all the question is Abuja or lagos,where would u like to live? not where in the world would you like to live? i.e for those naming other places.

lagos ? night life? during the week when u have to wake up at 3-4am to get to the office at 8am, then u close for the day at 5-6pm,get home at 10-11pm,i mean, u dont even have time to eat and rest ,i guess that also makes lagos dead too.
pls can u compare to a city where u have to resume work at 8-9am and can still wake up at 7am and still meet up,then make it home before you say jack! please for the regular weekend night thingy

Nope elders are not always right. Why?

1) Most parents will still tell you ATM cards are bull shit
2) Most elders will still tell you to marry from your hometown
3) Most elders will still emphasise on cultures that would always hold you backward
4) Most elders expect you to live life just like they did and also their fathers and fore fathers
5) Most elders dont ask you to make your decisions rather tell you to listen to your elders
6) Most elders dont know that you dont have to be as old as them to be wealthy, guess they have never heard of the google boys, face book boys

AFTER 6 IN LAGOS,why would i choose Lagos and spend all day in traffice, wake up at 4:30 am, and get back home at 10:30 pm all in name of traffice. Horrible okada men, horrible molues\buses and conductors, armed robbery, God forbid.

i quite agree with you that wrong is wrong, its definately same judgment in the eyes of God. But then like you said the society has made it look that way. I quite like the way you read it without being biased. But do me a favour do a quick vote with your freinds, ask them would they rather their dad was cheating or their mom.

First of all i would like to advice the poster to let go of the relationship. It is soo damn hard but eventually you will. You said you dated her for 4 years lol well i dated mine for 7 years, it was all good until she started sleeping with this guy in school funny i found out. I couldnt leave her as well, i forgave her but i could never forgot (difference btw male and females). I knew i loved her soo damn much. But later i realised that i hated the fact that i loved her, i had sleepless nights, eating disorders etc.
She appologised and felt we could sort it out, although i tried to sort it out as much as i could, my mind (human mind) is incontrollable in cases like this. I was still with her, but everytime we made out i saw the guy in my head. I knew it would never work in as much as i tried. The trust was never there, i was always jumpy and always questioned everthing she said. She actually made me the sort of man i have always hoped not to, i wanted to know everything she was doing, who she was hanging out with and all. I didnt like what i became but at that point i couldnt help it.
The truth is when your girl cheats on you once, it can never be thesame again. Even if its 30 years later you would always have it at the back of your mind.
With guys, mostly we dont wonder why she slept with the other guy, we just keeping thinking about the deceit (It is what disturbs the mind the most). We all would agree that women are better pretenders than men.

Also women hold the dignity in a family, its un written but its always been like that. Honest question to all:
1)If you caught your dad with another woman in bed, chances are that you wouldnt do anything about it as a son/daughter but if you do catch your mom in bed with another man. Chances are that you would develop high blood pressure and would not want to ever see her again. Same with your sisters.

I think it is just natural for a woman the hold the dignity of the family, its never the same if your woman cheats.

Honest advice to women, if you can! try not to cheat really. I would tell my friend/sister/aunty the same thing. Simple, you are never looked at in the same way at all. For example, when you cheat on us and guys sit down to talk, once one guy tells his freinds that she slept with another man. The respect for that woman is reduced greatly. Nobody on that table would see you as a woman (the type you want to say i do to) anymore but just a piece of ass.
Most times you loose both ways, because that guy you are cheating on your boyfreind with would never, ever ever (empahsis) really love you cos of the way he got you in the first place, he knows for sure that if he dates you , same thing would happen to him.

Even an arabic school would not discriminate, they probably would invite you to learn whatever it is they believe in or learning

how can a communtiy build a school and allow only their nationals to attend like you said, lock out any nationals they dont want. That is sooo wrong, that is aparthied, rasicm everything you can call it. Am just hearing this for the first time though, i hope it is not true will find out

Please it is Nigerian law if you dont like it go back to your country. If foreign nationals need to renew passport then they have to get it in Abuja simple! We respect British laws and also the American law so our laws would have to be respected period!

How could anyone sensitive to hygiene issues ever accept ordinary pea nuts from these guys let alone accept invitation for dinner in their homes, if ever their homes are clean?  Damn!!
I bet you'd be eating their dirts, won't you?  Just tell me, how could those fingers be thorough cleaned and sanitized after each visit to the lavatory since you opted for water in a jar and your fingers. huh!  You mean hygiene the Nigerian way or what  Pleasssssssssssssse!!!!!!! I rather starve than accept a pea nut from any of these guys.  In Nigeria, it's only the Yoruba tribe and some Hausas that are well known for this unhygienic behaviour, don't we all know this?  In Nigeria we have the DIRTIEST/LAZIEST as well as the most CLEAN/NEAT tribes.  
In my view, the most CLEAN/NEAT tribe in Nigeria are the CROSS RIVER STATE PEOPLE -
I mean former Cross River State (Can't tell how many more states have been created out of it, right now).  They are really very clean people, you need to visit their homes to understand what I am talking about e.g visit Calabar and you would know.  They may not have much materially, but the little they have - Boy, it's spot on!!!   And the DIRTIEST?  I won't go there babes because, Nigerians know them.

Well people, we now live in the 21st Century - carrying mobile phones, watching satellite news can we please, stop behaving primitively and do things the civilised way, pleeeeeaaaaase!!!

damnnnn whats all this rant about? women like these are those men pray never to have as girl friend or wife. Its soo obvious that water is a lot more hygenic, if you decide to use tissue good for you, i just pity your unlucky boyfreind/husband, i cant imagine the stench   damnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!! the tot of it makes me feel like throwing up. Also even in developing countries or developed countries alot of people use those customised toilet water guns that splashes in the WC, dont know if you are being archaic or modern

i do not think lagos should be compared with kwara state, it make me laugh out loud really. just like yaradua did a wonderfull job in katsina. it is so amazing what he did in katsina, same can be described as kwara if really bukola is doing something. but kwara and katsina are like villages compared to lagos state. kwara state, lol,
