I received a conditional offer from the University of Gloucestershire. As part of my condition, I was asked to take a pre-sessional English course.

Can I still bypass this by taking IELTS instead?

I think taking IELTS is cheaper than that pre-sessional English course. Another approach is you get a letter of English Proficiency from the Registrar of the University you had your first degree and upload in place of English test. I know someone who did this and cost him just 2k, and it was accepted by Gloucestershire.

Aregbesola is someone that should not have been allowed to breathe by EFCC cos of how he messed up that state but he was instead rewarded by Buhari as minister and the fool had the guts to be fighting Oyetola who has actually performed a miracle to clean up his mess to a reasonable extent, even making snide remarks with the Bible when he lost. Paying salaries and pensions promptly and with no extra debt despite negative federal allocation - Oyetola was indeed a miracle worker. Osun people have made their choice with Adeleke, they shouldn't disturb us on social media when things go south.
