yes it a Samsung phone. and thanks 4 being d only one dat understand what I mean.. but could u b more explicit with ur suggestions.. thanks
First things first, I'd like to know if you tried changing the Imei of the phone, and it led to it not detecting signal again? If not, what changes did you try effecting on the phone that led to this? Which model of Samsung is this, and do u have a back-up of the important files and apps on your phone? If not, try getting the back-up, perhaps to a PC.

please help does anyone know d meaning of dis circle with cross line sign on my phone? as a result of d sign my phone has lost network.
That's a Samsung phone I guess.. Did you changing the Imei? You might need to repair the Imei or even flash a new stock/custom ROM on it for it to detect signal again. Hope u have the back-up of the files and apps on the phone?

Most of u are talking based on what dat man said. Am 100% certain that there are ppl on that list who didn't get anything close to merit and are on that list. It is time jamb is probed, why must i know somebody to get into school. It is all this i sabi lecturers dat deprive those who merit it their slot. Some ppl are saying she should go and read for another jamb like it that's easy. If jamb isn't that useless should they allow that particular candidate to waste this result. The painful thing is that most federal universities have shady admission processes.. What differentiates the lady with 320 and someone with 120 in jamb nothing, they both didn't get admitted. The education system is long dead.
Of course over half of the people on that list didn't get up to the merit cut-off mark cos merit comprises just 45% of admissions in Nigerian universities while Catchment area and ELDS take up the remaining 55% ( 35% and 20%). This is the result of having a skewed and shady admission process in Nigeria where merit is sacrificed on the altar of tribalism and Northern supremacy. These are the things that worked against that girl. But honestly, I expect someone with a score of 320 in UTME to do better than a C4 in Physics and Biology especially, in O'Level. Be that as it may, OAU could have at least admitted her for Dentistry which was her second choice course, or what was the essence of telling students to fill both choices if only the first one is being considered? It's quite a sad experience.

You dey mind them. Later they'll claiming fake SS/SE alliance a.k.a Biafra when we all know it's their selfish interest only they're after. The wise, discerning ones from the Niger Delta should know that already though.

Even if it's 2million u don't grant one state in a country special status, meanwhile the resources used is not gotten from that state
But it's ok to give states that have the resources 13% derivation, Ministry of Niger Delta and NDDC while a place like Lagos is allowed to have increased rural-urban migration from all over the country with pressure on the infrastructure without the government seeing how it can help ease that. Whichever way you look at it,Lagos is a peculiar state in this country and as such deserves to be given a special status. It's a microcosm of Nigeria.
Mind you, I'm from a LG that benefits all of the aforementioned before you accuse of looking at the issue from a tribal prism.

The way things are done in this country is just laughable. Why should Anambra with a population and a GDP less than that of Rivers state be considered ahead of Rivers? Why should a unproductive state like kano even be considered at all?
Isn't it laughable that Anambra is considered ahead of Rivers? Just to appease the Hausa and Igbo House of Reps members, they had to include states that have no business being given special status. Everyone knows Lagos is a microcosm of Nigeria, hence it was the only state put forward initially but just because of our divisions along ethnic lines in this country, people see development in one region as a disadvantage to them. Quite unfortunate.

Some times you don't need to be blinded by selfishness...

So kano, Anambra and other states which houses cities catering for 10 million citizens are unproductive??

May God heal your soul.
What's the entire population of Anambra state for it to have a city that house 10 million people? What's the rate of migration of other Nigerians and foreigners alike, which causes pressure on the infrastructure to a state like Anambra when compared with Lagos? Answer these questions with an open mind and you see the reason why those that came up with the bill considering Lagos only, in the first place did that.

OmoIyaMero:
I agree with this man on this. But funny people are too myopic. Imagine Akure pple not voting their own son cos they feel jegede is a 3rd term agenda. Fashola succeeded Tinubu and it was not a 3rd term agenda. I wish Ondo state the best anyway. Pray Aketi won't be another Jonathan to Buhari theory. Ak'adiye ta, a fo'wo r'awo. Aja n lo'so, a re ra obo.
At least Tinubu was wise enough not to owe workers salaries for numerous months despite OBJ withholding allocations for years and had to get someone (Fashola) from a different senatorial district as him unlike Mimiko who insulted the sensibilities of the good people of Ondo state by thinking he could install his stooge from the same central senatorial district as him after spending an unprecedented 8 years and treating the civil servants with such scorn by not paying their salaries for over 7 months, but could spend heavily in litigation for Jegede.
Politics › Re: Why Conduct Of Ondo Election On Saturday Will Violate The Law – Jegede by Sheggy13(m): 4:59am On Nov 25, 2016
Doyin2:
The law requires the party (and not INEC),to make available, the list of party agents,14 days.....

Therefore,if at all, its PDP that would have violated the law and not INEC.The use of the word "should is also instructive"

However,PDP is still one in the eye of the law. What we had were mere factional executives, one authentic and the other illegal.PDP as a party should be distinct from PDP factional leaders.

The law allows for substitution and that is what is expected of the now authentic executives .

It is very shameful that a so called SAN ,can not effectively interpret the law.

The nation cannot be held to ransome, because of internal leadership tussle of a party.

BTW, if elections are postponed to say December 23,and on December 21,another court rules that Segun Abraham is the authentic candidate of APC,would it not be "Fair" for Abraham to call for another postponement?

Common sense indeed is not common!
You're very correct. I really do wonder how this Jegede became a SAN. This his tussle with Jimoh Ibrahim has exposed how unintelligent the guy is in matters of the law, and this is the same person Mimiko wants to impose on the state. That was how he waited until the window period for appeal passed only to apply for leave of appeal at the dying minutes.

Read what I wrote there again and the link I included. I'm talking about women votes in general, not just white women which was the point the OP was trying to make it sound like women generally voted more for Trump than Hillary, which is false.

This No 7 point by the OP which you quoted is a pure distortion of facts. Infact it's the other way round. Majority of women, blacks and Latinos voted for Hillary ahead of Trump, but not as overwhelmingly as they did for Obama in both 2008 and 2012, which is quite understandable as Obama belonged to one of these minority groups unlike Clinton who though was canvassing for their interest but can never seen as one of them.

Sahara reporters should be closed down complecompletely. This are all lies. Am a woman and from ondo state. Jimoh Ibrahim can never win an election here. Ondo state people know him as a fraudster .. Buhari can not impose a fraudster on us. The presidency is at work here. They are only using Jimoh ibrahim to cause problems in PDP so APC can win. Can Jimoh come to ondo state to campaign? Sahara reporters should tell him to start his campaign if he can. We want INEC to be independent and stop taking orders from Buhari. We don't like injustice in ondo state and we will fight with our last blood to say No. Go and read history. Ondo state is not like any other state. We don't care about mimiko but we all like Jegede and we believe greatly in him. He's a friend of the masses unlike the 419 called Jimoh Ibrahim
Madam, you're not the only one from Ondo State and using the words: "we all like Jegede" is preposterous. You'd have rather said we Akure/Ondo people like Jegede. How can someone come from a senatorial district (Central) and use 8 years as governor and wants to impose his stooge from the same central zone. Is Mimiko trying to say people from other zones ( north and south) are not fit to succeed him? Just imagine that sort of audacity.

Buhari is entrenching divisive politics in plateau and other states across the country. He's gradually tearing the fabric of the nation apart as seen since his ascension to power.
You're very correct. Instead of him to make proper consultations before appointment, he just brings out names from the cloud. That was the same nonsense he did to cause disaffection in Ondo state by nominating a man from a non-oil producing LG to be on the board of NDDC representing Ondo state. Buhari is simply an error taken too far.

It's an insult on OBJ to compare him GEJ in terms of performance. That's the dumbest claim to make that Obj couldn't do one-third of what Jonathan did. Most of the meaningful agencies and policies we enjoy till date in this country were a creation of Obj and I'm not even his fan or apologist.
