You mean the person will start developing Android/IOS mobile Application after 3 months of Learning? Even a year with seriousness and dedication of time, you will still be on practicing coding excercise, reading the language documentations, getting yourself familiar to Android tools and frameworks of Kotlin or Java or Swift basics programming language before you begin to understand them, know what to call, when to declare, how to put those codes together. Programming is a way of life itself cos it involves a serious long life learning process not something you could start learning and be doing instantly in space of short period of time except you want to become a wack developer who does not know shit!!

Well there is still time shaa! I can't even advise anybody to get another degree since such person has already had one. Learn a skill either digital technology or vocational skill. That should be what next and must be very serious about it. That is it ooo or else person go just dey carry paper certificate up and down without having anything to show for it.

Please how long would it take to learn the Kotlin?

Every area is profitable in IT so far you are serious and dedicated to it. Why I suggest Kotlin for you is that there are a lots of documentations, PDFs, Kotlin exercises you can read and practice. Google supported it and they are providing a lot of tools and framework for Android development.

Make your own findings about the language, if you like it, you can start learning the language.
Learning and understanding the basics will take you one year to two though depending on your seriousness and dedication.
