It’s not possible for an average American to earn more than an average Nigerian who is working in thesame company where over time is available. Nigerians are not living for themselves alone but for their large dependents back home, while Americans live independent of their children, parents etc beca they are been supported by the system.

The issue of slavery is sometimes exaggerated because nobody forces you to work over time. Americans work overtime but not like Africans who wants to make all the money.

That is the problem. It is very important that we understand the impact of social media in price of commodities these days.

People are very quick to spread the news of "one yam is now 20k" but will ignore the one that says she buys ten yam for 5k and even call them a liar.

Unfortunately when another seller that suppose to sell his own cheaper sees the post of 20k, he quickly jerk his market up to 20k as well even if he's profitable at the normal price.
