Look u got nothing on me on this one.We all know the Economy of Canada is growing rapidly and Canada is open to all types of Immigrant legal or illegal.But babe, its not as easy as we put it,Canada is still way behind the US in terms of Education and quality of life.[b]Even the weather in America is better than that of Canada.[/b]Canada is the second largest country in the world but a very few population to live inside.Like u know population moves the country forward[b].U can't just say because if u go to Canada u can get your papers in less than 6 months then rush to a conclusion that Canada is waaaay better,N[/b]o.There are still some fundamental things that makes US a hot cake for greener pastures seeking immigrant.
And u know that getting a Canadian Visa is like rocket science from Nigeria compared to the US visa.The two countries shares some similarities but US still stand way above Canada.
Personally for me after US then Canada if am to choose. But who knows u might have a point so go ahead and lets share our views.We learn everyday

Also Hotstepper stated that int'l students are only allowed to work off-campus after one full academic year? But according to current inform on CIC website, you MAY be allowed to work after your first six months as a student.

Go with your uncle's statements. IF you are asked who is sponsoring you, say. . .your uncle confidently and IF asked for his statements, present it with a letter stating he is your uncle and he will be responsible for you financially. SIMPLES.

'Sir' I was an international student in 2006 and I got a SIN number 3 days after I arrived, precisely 6th January 2006 in Vancouver BC, I still have the document right here with me. Unless the rules have changed, I am not misleading anyone but speaking from personal experience.

You have taken the words out of my mouth. We need to realize that white people will always ask for your origins even if you were born in Europe or North America. They will always make references to the country of your parents when some issues come up. It is not as if they won't accept you as a British, Canadian or American Citizen, but there will always be talk about you being African or Carribean by origin.
