Few months ago my little girl came back with a cut on her face and a note from the school explaining that she was dragging toy with another girl Titi* and got wounded.

Was furious at the teacher, the school and everyone, even threatened to press charges for such negligence.

It took the intervention o my wife to calm me down. Three days late babe literally designed Titi's face with her nail almost unprovoked. Turns out she hasn't forgotten the fight of three days ago, didn't know if I was proud of my mini-me for exacting her pound of flesh or afraid of how vengeful she is becoming at almost two.
Won't want my child bullying anyone, but what I hate more is anyone bullying my child.

I never punish her at home for standing up for what is her right, I feel like breaking her spirit will affect her later in life especially in face of bullying. Just teaching her cause and effect so she won't become a bully herself.

Don't Know much about the Benz , as for the 2008 BMW X5 E70. All I have to say is run!!!
2008 is the yr that model was introduced so alot of trial and error.
The electrical issues with that ride is not here. Like there is a module for every function in that car, same modules that start acting up after some time.
Abi I should start with the cost of the spare parts, it share major parts with x6 so they are very costly.
If you expose that ride to dust and rain , na bucket you go use pack water under your carpet.
Competent engineers for that ride is another wahala. I can talk from here to lokoja about that ride but I don't have the strength now, however if you insist I have one for sale.

If not that my daughter is 3months older than yours, I would have said you are my husband...lol. It's only when she wakes up hungry at night that it's "mummy" because she somehow believes I am in charge of her food.

My husband comes down to her level when they play. It's a joy to watch them. She's very free with him and I can go out and leave her in his care. Children are simple to bond with. If you don't spend time with them, it will show.

My drycleaner was around the other Saturday and marvelled at the fact that it was just me alone with my daughter watching her cartoons and dancing to the tunes. He complained of the same thing the OP is complaining of and I gave him this same advice.

I have a one year eight months daughter who will rather stay with me than her mom. But I also noticed that some time slots are reserved for her mother ONLY. Like when she wakes up in the morning, like when she comes back from school hungry and when she wants to sleeps. Babies have needs and they warm up to the one who provide those needs.
As for me I'm her playmate( all things being equal), and comforter when she's sick, hurt, or feeling vulnerable.

My advice is warm her heart, be sincere in your interest ( children know when an interest is sincere), be more observant so as to read her hints and body language. And finally don't push it and never give up. Make yourself more available

I have not forgotten all the blows and kicks I received from my little one for attempting to pacify her in the middle of the nights, especially when she was still sucking.

An Indian man scams phone buyer in Lagos after he allegedly sold to him a fake Samsung S9 phone for N100,000.

According to the man who took to his Instagram page to report the incident, the Indian man claimed he needed to sell the phone to raise cash to travel back to his country. But he only realised the phone was fake after he had parted with N100,000

He wrote:

I got the shock of my life today, I wanted to change phone so I contacted a guy that assured me that he will get me a very good one. I was driving when I received a call from the guy, that someone wants to sell his phone, that I should hurry down.

I got there, he introduced me to one Indian guy, that the Indian guy wants to sell his phone, what I saw was a galaxy s9 plus, I asked him how much, he said 250k, that he needed money to travel back to India because he was stranded.

I inspected the phone, not an extensive check though, I offered to pay 100k, he agreed, I immediately headed straight to the bank and withdrew 100k and handed it over to him.

I only realized that it was a fake phone he sold to me, when I noticed that it's front camera was sealed with plastic after taking a very close look, To make things worse, that money wasn't mine, I had the intentions of buying then resell at a higher price.

This phone looks so real! He even gave me the phone receipt, we even took pics together, find attached copies of the receipt, the phone and the Indian guy's pictures. I know quite well that when this post get shared some people will make foul comments, but just pray not to face worse situation, Please beware
