VillageBoi:
Good on you. Yes it is Oscar fodder as you mentioned and Rosamund Pike killed it with brilliance, Ben Affleck as drab & expressionless as he nearly always is. I'll go against the grain; I don't think it's a great film... just ok but nowhere near the hype... doesn't have iron-clad logic at the end.
Can you imagine how much sweeter it would have been if at the end VO the last thing he said was "Now I'm going to kill the bit.ch."

Lol. I actually think it's a great film for a thriller. And I don't really buy your suggested ending joor.

I love the movie as it is.

speedyboi:
On another note, maybe October 1 would've qualified...the film is roughly split in English and Yoruba....if we should add the convos in Hausa and Igbo, then I think usage of English is less than 49%....I guess the film wasn't ready when the committee called for submissions.

Awayu re?

VillageBoi:
Finally saw this today... it was pretty good.

Lol...nice response.

That about sums everything up.

I've been to an executive chat where I was asked if I was a christian and 'born again'. Lighthearted as the question seemed, I had to answer in affirmative.

So, going by the words of OP, I should have turned down the question from who would eventually turn out to be my employer? Not like the question mattered, but hey, I had to answer.

On point.

Thumbs up to OP, even though I knew everything mentioned here before...just by intuition.

But the first interview I went to, they requested for my age oh. Since I believed it wouldn't work against me anyway, I told them shaperly.

In short, the article here is just a guide, especially for saner climes like developed and more professional countries. But for naija, you've got to be flexible.

All is well with job seekers. God will crown the hustle.

Hello Nairalanders,
I've just finished writing my screenplay and need useful on how to market it. Anybody with useful links to a movie producer, director or a reputable scriptwriter. I've searched the web for a directory of nollywood producer and directors but didnt get a viable one
Pls if you have useful links on how I can reach any of the directors affiliated with Nollywood film Academy should provide it

My movie is a mordern setting movie with a plot that's entirely new as far as Nigerian movies go.

After Permi the fakist stringed the guitar for Tayo and other housemate to sing and rap, Tayo shook him and said, "this is the best thing you have done in this house."
