My point is, whether with or without profession, no one can escape death..

It will get to you when your time comes..
n no one was agruing that with you,,,, no one can escape death doesn’t mean u don’t know danger when u see it

Romance › Re: I Think I Am Stupid In Love by Shugavee(f): 4:27pm On Sep 06, 2018
Read this, hope it would be helpful

One of the key contributing
factors is a lack of self-love,
which leaves you completely
vulnerable in the relationship
since you end up relying on
the guy to fill that void.

And as Eric pointed out, that
dependence on him will
create a massive fear of
losing him, which inevitably
leads to you settling for less
than you want sooner or later.

The importance of self-love is
immense. In fact, I'd say it's the
number one antidote against
any relationship issue out there.

As women, we can't just know
something intellectually, we
need to feel it emotionally.

Think about it, why do you need
your significant other to keep
telling you he loves you?

This knowledge was established
the first time he said it, you
know he loves you, he wouldn't
have said it otherwise.

I mean, imagine if after your
boyfriend tells you he loves you
for the first time he said, "Okay,
glad we established that. I'll be
sure to let you know if anything
changes."

I don't think you'd be too thrilled
because the reason you want
him to keep saying the words is
not to know, it's to feel.

Every time he says it, you feel it.
The reason you feel it is
because you associate those
words with all the things he's
done to make you feel loved
throughout the course of the
relationship.

In order to really know
anything, you have to feel it.
This is true of just about
everything in life.

When it comes to developing
confidence and self-love, telling
yourself over and over "I have
self-love" won't work, neither will
keeping a running tab of your
attributes.

Sure it's nice to be aware of all
the wonderful things that make
you you, but telling yourself "I'm
smart, I'm beautiful, I'm caring,
I'm fun" isn't enough to firmly
ingrain these beliefs into your
psyche.

And if you aren't firm in these
convictions, you become
susceptible to question yourself
when something happens that
doesn't align with these notions
(not getting attention from men,
your boyfriend acting flaky,
someone undermining you
etc.).

To experience feeling whole
and complete, you need
to feel the things that you
already know.

Now comes the fun part.

I'm gonna share an exercise
that will give you the tools to
ingrain an unwavering love
for yourself, one that radiates
from within and makes you a
shining light that draws
people in.

Here's how it works. Take a
piece of paper and write Self-
Love in the middle. Then around
the self-love, write down 5-10
instances when you
experienced love.

They can be times when you did
something kind for someone
else, moments when you felt
proud of yourself, times when
you felt completely content and
secure with yourself or any time
that you gave or received loved.

You can also jot down quotes
about love that strike a chord
with you, or times when you
witnessed selfless love in its
purest form.

Once you have a list, meditate
on these memories. Close your
eyes and allow your mind to
reflect on each memory. Paint a
picture of the scene, see
yourself and how you felt in that
moment.

The second your mind starts to
wander, think about the next
example and keep going until
you've experienced all of them
(take about 5-10 minutes to do
this).

The mind is a tricky thing
because it doesn't want to focus
on a single topic for more than a
few seconds.

By creating images and
letting your mind move from
one instance to the next, you
will maintain an unbreakable
concentration.

As you go deeper, you will
actually feel the positive
emotions. When done right,
this exercise is incredibly
powerful and transformative.

In general, nothing anyone says
or does actually has the power
to affect your mood and your
opinion of yourself unless you
let it. If you're unsure of
yourself, you'll be a lot more
likely to allow the negativity to
penetrate.

When you form the foundation
of self-love, however, nothing on
the outside can get you down.

When you know and feel with
every fiber of your being how
incredible you truly are, you
will never again be at the
mercy of someone else.

If your significant other acts
in a way you don't understand
or appreciate, you won't be
sent into despair.

You'll realize that his actions
have nothing to do with you and
are no reflection of your inherent
value and worth.

Give the exercise a try and
please report back to me and let
me know how it worked for you!

Truth is a lot of people both males themselves and women don't really get the concept of what being a man is and who a man really is.... That's talk for another day however, Friendship is the key to keeping a man loyal. There is a big difference between being a friend to your man and being a girlfriend /babe/wife to you your man. If you can understand this you won't have issues keeping a man. Also you have to know if your man is ready to be kept.
this is helpful, thanks

It's only a praying woman that can marry soldier. It's not over until it's over. She should intercede for her husband. Mid night prayer and all. I barely miss mid night prayer and I'm not married to one yet but I watched my mom n us intercede for my dad n he retired in Good health. My friend or bf is in borno. It's a godly relationship cos we both decided it that way. But I declare positive words, speak faith, pray, affirm etc. She should do the same

First of all, it's not only Igbos that are deployed to Sambisa.

Go to Borno and see thousands of Hausa soldiers there.

Secondly, if the guy is in Borno and havent been heard for months, that doesn't mean he's gone.

Most of them are in the bush where there's no network. Wifi is always on for them to connect with families once in a while.

Tell the wife to go to his unit and get info about him.
i should go where?? Lol funny you!!
