The first 4 years was for fighting kidnapping and robbery (e.g osisikanku). Abia stagnated during this 4 years.

The next 4 years was for what I initially stated as to missionary taking back schools and the building of state buildings and secretariats.

He might be innocent, or not, do i tell my aunt? Or just keep quite? They don't have a housemaid so whether someone is handling his genital is out of the question, and my aunt use to kiss her husband in front of the kids.
