Dubai visa has no stress like you are making it be.
It is sole sponsorship, once you have a sponsor in UAE like travel agent, hotels, airline or other companies they apply your visa for you.
The only thing I agreed with you is make sure you dont have an existing visa on the system or start a process with one and live to do with another.

Hope you are not on blacklist or immigration watchlist.

Men always lie when there is a dispute because their egos have blinded them of the fact that women can ACTUALLY GET RID OF THEM and WALK AWAY. So when reality hits them in the face, they go on a ranting spree and do all they can to bring the women down. Has the ex-wife ever come out to give the fool attention or grant any interview!? Nah! That is how to deal with a Narcissist. When you are too selfish and think about yourself you can become really gullible and oblivious that the world does not revolve around your life anymore. That is the reality that Emeka ike is facing. From the interview you can tell that emeka is mentally r.etarded.

Absolutely Right

Why do men lie when there is a disput between them and their spouses? My ex keep telling people I was not ready to settle down.... just imagine! Anyways God be the best judge.

Emeka Ike is lying from this quote I know he is lying... "I met her on the street and I saved her from the street. She told me she’s from a poor home and that she never met her father. I promised her that I would be her father and her lover. I gave her too much opportunity to swallow me."
That you women is very down to earth, hardworking and very respectful. I know her and her family in my secondary school days. Emma and her sister Anita was my classmate from js1 till we finished school. Emma was my sitmate we were not just friends but like sisters. #fedibenclass99#
I have been to their house in Lagos several times during holidays when we were in school although they were not all that rich but she is not from the street. Her mom own a restaurant. A parent who could afford to paid school fees for 2kids in unity boarding school then! Is she from the street? Although I never met their father but he is German.

Dear nairalanders, plz i need advice from experienced minds. I am 28 years old and have been workin in a Bank for three years ( i am fairly confortable ). But i have been under pressure by my dad to advance my studies abroad.

The issue here is that it feels i will be starting life all over again, after the MSC then what ? Come back ? Job search again?? I also have a girl friend i have been committed to and we both have been planning to settle down next yr.

I am so confused and i cant plan my future any longer. Some people have adviced that living abroad is always better than nigeria while others have said , if you are ok here why move.

Plz career experts and experinced ones should plz advice me putting into consideration my relationship commitments too.

Are you asking this question? Moving to Canada as student you can work up 6hours a day and that you can make up to $300 to $500 a week and do you know how much you will get in a month after paying your bills. And get your masters in Canada you are eligible to apply for work permit after school.
When you get your work permit, you are eligible to go with your dependants such as spouse, kids or parents.

If you've ever purchased shares, pls click the link below and type in your name to see if you have unclaimed dividends. If so, pls download the e-mandate form for the registrar and submit it at your preferred bank so the funds can be credited to your account. The registration is free up until June 30th. Thank you. Have a lovely weekend. https://u-ediv.investoreducation.gov.ng/

I registered mine last year but I still found one dividend omitted. Go claim yours now is your money.
When you find yours go to the nearest register for your registration and claim your e-dividend. It will be paid to your bank account.
You will be asked to provide some documents but don't worry if you don't have the certificate.

linearity:

You are using false flags to validate her lies. The Trump EO does not single out Nigerians specifically and there are no internal memo within the State Department that did that.

What this Nigerians faced is the new normal and Nationals of all other countries are facing the same.

A visa is not a guarantee of entry into any countries, that is the job of the immigration agents and they have lots of discretion while doing their jobs. The only difference now is, they are given wide latitude to apply that discretion.

1. It is not illegal to travel to the US to give birth, but you must have enough money to foot the bill 100%. On average a child's birth cost about 10 to 15k in a US hospital and showing up with $8k will not cut it. If friends in the US will assist you with part of the cost, ask them to send you a letter stating that ahead of time and a proof of that income, don't expect the immigration agent to believe your uncoraborated statements.

2. Book your hotel ahead of time, call on the same night before traveling that your reservations are still valid. Hotel reservations can be mistakenly cancelled, so don't assume anything and he was given an opportunity to make another hotel reservation at the airport, my guess is, he might have been allowed to proceed had that been done. Remember you can also stay with friends, just get their consents and letter stating such.

3. The first guy who said he was detained for 3/4 without knowing the reason(s) is leaving out vital information. The US immigration agent, cannot detain you without asking questions or telling you what they found fishy in your visa application, your past or proposed entry into the US. There is something he is not saying. Also, there are no daily flights between the US and Nigeria, there is usually an interval of about 3 days between flights and as such, if your visa is revolked at the airport, depending on what day of the week it is, expect to spend up to three nights in immigration cell.

4. The US immigration agent does not have the authority to revoke your visa at the airport in the US. You are on US soil and have a right to due process, which means only a judge can do it. You will be given an opportunity to be as to why you think that the immigration agent's allegations are false and be prepare to provide evidence to back your point e.g. If the agent alleges that, they called the hotel and no valid reservation was found for you, do your independent research e.g. calling the hotel yourself, the agent might have dialed the wrong number or got the wrong person at the other end or miss pronounced your name or the other person miss-heard or even the agent doesn't just like you and are lying, be prepare to proof him wrong by making your own calls, you can do this subtlety with him there or directly with the administrative judge, if you decline to sign the form to withdraw your visa application. However, you have the right to admit guilt and violation of certain US immigration laws and withdraw your visa. Hence, they give you that form to complete and since you are admitting guilt, those forms only have one answer..."If you are admitting that you do not have a hotel reservation" there is only one answer to that question. Once you have signed the form, only then can your visa be revoked because you have withdraw your application.

If you choose not to sign the form, they will send you to jail from where you will wait until a judge hears your case and will most likely side with the agent and still send you parking, and will also give you more years on your ban or make it permanent. Most people don't want to sleep in jail to await trial or face the possibility of a life ban, hence they sign the form at the airport admitting guilt, then withdraw their visa application. tongue

Right, they come here and tell us half story to discredit USA when their are at fault. No proper documentations.

Please fellow Nigerians let's stop dragging our name in the mud.

Surprising how people love to blame others for their shortfalls. If she was sincere with change of circumstances and puts her financials in order, they would not be moaning on twitter.........
Dubai would expect full payment, before baby is released. They better start planning on how to settle the medical bill, that is accumulating daily ...........

How you know?
And Dubai not smiling with their bills.
I just love the discipline in that country.

Valid visa don't not guarantee you entrance into any country. The immigration officer at the boarder has the final say.

Ability for your proof that your visit is genuine will grant your u entrance to a country.

Valid visa is the your 75℅ chance and a complete step before the last step. The last step is there boarder officer.

And if she did have medical papers to give birth in USA, definitely she will be denied entery.

Also cases of denial can be insufficient fund too.

I can tell you from my experience what went wrong from your story.

1. How many weeks pregnant is your wife?

2. The major problem was insufficient fund, traveling with wife and two kids to speed $3300 is not enough my dear.

And you didn't have the physical prove that you have that money. Like a hardcopy bank statement or physical cash. Next time hold your physical cash upto $10000.

3. Do you have ideal of how your relatives got migrated to USA?

Be smarter thank boarder officer

What must people don't know is that holding a valid visa doesn't guarantee you entrance into any country. The boarder officer has the final say and his stamp on your passport is the final stage of your clearance into any country.
The issue of denying entrance into USA and other country has always been there but most people don't come out to say it on social media.
I was once denied entry into UK because I didn't have my bank statement and enough physical cash to show the boarder officer that I have money to spend, although I have my bank cards with me but was not enough. They even called the airline to confirm my return ticket. This was not my first time to UK, I was holding a 5years visa this is to tell you I have been to UK more than 10times.
I was qanlatine in Malaysia because I didn't have my yellow card and they were ready to denied me entry, Thank God I found the reciept of the payment for the immunisation in my purse and I show them I took the injection but I don't have my card because I most have left it at home.
They wanted to see physical evidence. My advise to anyone traveling, carry all your supporting documents and have expert knowledge what you do, your employer, employment, your invitee and the company you are visiting. Products knowledge of your business should be at your fingertips. Do not answer with a yes or no, give your interviewer or boarder immigration officer 5 to 10 seconds detailed answer to his questions.
From my experience, I have been to more than 20 countries there must be something he missed while answering to questions from the immigration boarder. This has nothing to do with the travel ban.
