I think what OP needs is to store the time in a variable within the script and use the stored version of the time all through the script. The script must be one that runs for long period for the whole puzzle to make sense.

US gives nothing for nothing...strings are always attached and they call the shots. US$92.7M aid is not coming in cash... most likely mainly in corn products/oil and flour... which would be bought from the US farmers and dumped here at full price. The US in turn would require some concession.... like allowing them to set up a military base here... to do mining... set up mega agri farms... and that's when the looting begins.
You mean like the $2.1B arms fund?

If you still don't understand the 97% and 5% theory as propounded by your god Buhari, then you should not be quoting others who do.

Why not Google it up and find out?

If our stolen money is in their banks, and they have not repatriated it back to us, it means they have stolen our money. Let us not mince words about this.
Who stole the money? who put it there? You expect them to return low interest loan just like that. Did they collect the money at gun point?

but I think the division was created by Buhari himself , Does anyone remember the 5 % and 97 % dichotomy? That is the greatest division in the history of Nigeria...
5% + 97% = 102%. Commonsense isn't so common again.

Did you understand what you read at all? $93m is less than N40b. Are you saying what the admin has done can't justify that amount. The FG's monthly wage bill alone is four times that amount.

Spurious! it stated that remittance will commence from 2015 to 2020, not that it will be “released between 2015 and 2020”

https://www.nairaland.com/2643936/us-give-buhari-2.3bn-fight

What can you deduce from that phrase? Yes, it will be released between 2015 and 2020, but it doesn't confute the fact that the remittance was to commence from 2015! So I will adjure you to stop feigning ignorance and make logical depictions.
Keep the delusional thinking up bro.

that word “from” indicates the money was either totally remitted in 2015 or was there is a gradual remittance that commenced from 2015.

lets presume it is a gradual remittance, why are we not seeing or experiencing its gradual utilization in Nigeria? why is the economy retrogressing instead of progressing?
You carefully avoid the part that exposes your lies and feigned ignorance in order to give room for your vague interpretation.

Where is the $2.3bn that was initially disbursed to Buhari to help eradicate poverty? This govt have secured abundant grants, and we hear of govt injecting billions and trillions into the economy without any visible impacts, this goes to concretize the notion that clandestine and copious defalcations of funds are going on in this govt.

I have said it, and I will like to iterate, the problem is not “lack of funds” but lack of dexterous, disciplined and qualified individuals in the govt.
You are holding Buhari responsible for utilization of fund that hasn't been fully released. I hail oh.

Our system of govt is being questioned from many angles. The institutions admit more they can cater for even though they are suppose to be govt owned and regulated. They churn out below standard grads only to over burden the govt at NYSC scheme again.
The institutions are just like state govt that employ worker based on oil earning projections. They pass the financial burden to the govt covertly.
