dominique:Exactly!!!! This isn't the right time. Inflation = 18% Food Inflation = 20% Mind you there's this report that says Nigerians spend over 56% of their Income on food alone and the report was released about 2 or 3 years ago.... Infact i don weak to type |
Good news. However, PDP must negotiate with Chris and Ugochukwu and settle this once and for all. But still Anambra Esika ![]() |
tensazangetsu20:There are job opportunities for cloud certs holders in Nigeria? Is it in high demand abroad and can cloud certs holders in Nigeria work remotely for companies abroad? Thank you |
I still remember how NOI, Sanusi, Diezani, etc held town hall meetings in all geopolitical zones explaining and literally begging Nigerians that we must end Fuel subsidy. Most Nigerians believed Opposition politicians and morally corrupt intellectuals that there was nothing like subsidy. Social media influencers were also paid to come and lie. Ngwanu look at us about to buy fuel 380 per litre because NNPC have said there won't be money for FAAC for 3 months because of subsidy. Nigeria committed suicide when we rejected subsidy removal in 2012. |
Before i opened the thread, i knew i wouldn't see any South East state. These guys are now so predictable ![]() |
Nbotee:Maybe because it's not yet time for the employee to go after the employer |
Congratulations to the Attacker Also Known As Utaka |
unscripted:I disagree. They want to send us back to the days of Dan Fodio. We know the reason South are not United, some people here still believe the Cabal will give them power in 2023. |
Buhari led FG wants to destroy Nigeria. There's no other rational explanation. Why go after Igboho? Buhari wants to make him popular, turn him to a hero like he did Nnamdi Kanu. Why is Buhari working hard to make sure that every region is restless? Why can't he just learn to Ignore but monitor these Characters? Our Military are Demoralized, security architecture over stretched and compromised. |
Before it's too late, let's restructure Nigeria. Let's have Federal Police, State Police and Private Security ASAP if we hope to still have 1 Nigeria by the 2030's. |
Elonmuskfan:Well to be fair to him, he supported and was one of the people that funded Umahi's 1st term election. The Ex Gov, Martin Elechi i heard frustrated Ibeto's Nigercem Take over. Now his man, Umahi is in power and still nothing is happening. E K GWURU There's more to trhe problem than meets the eye |
Elonmuskfan:It's time SE leaders and Businessmen call Ibeto to a roundtable meeting and ask him, Kedu Ife ji Nkita onwu?!?!... On a serious note, i know for a fact that one of the problems of Ibeto is encountering is power. He'll need a gas pipeline to power Nkalagu Cement or steady supply of coal. All these are very expensive without the help of FG, Regional Govt, IOC's, Big Banks, group of businessmen, etc. Meanwhile his competitions Dangote, Larfarge, BUA, etc have access to funding, Gas, FG support, etc. Apart from Abia and Imo (not sure they've started functioning), There's no gas pipiline in Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra. Enugu coal have not been mined for eons now. Kickstarting Onyeama mine for example will cost millions of dollars in equipments, personel, deflooding, etc. Rumour has it that Ibeto owes banks alot and is averse to partnerships (1 man business egbugo anyi) Summary, The odds stacked against Ibeto is huge |
People are now cutting down the trees sef. I grew up in a part of G.R.A where sun will literally not smite you by day on that road because the trees planted on both sides of the road formed a canopy. Drove pass the street last time i was in Enugu i almost wept. Enugu State Government and House Of Assembly should pass a law to protect our Trees, criminalizing cutting down trees and if possible pass a law that mandates everybody to plant trees within or outside the compound. |
He forgot to add BUA's oil refinery that'll be coming up soon in Akwa Ibom. The contract has been signed with a French Company. if not for covid, construction would have started |
osusuallstars:Biko edit this now. we are not anonymous as we think |
Seems like the rumours of a 3rd term for Buhari is true. God have mercy |
Enyimbamercedes:This country sha ![]() |
We've to ask why is it so difficult for NASS and Executive to pass and sign PIB into law? I mean PIB will obviously usher in more opportunities in the oil & gas sector. More people will be employed, more businesses, more people will be brought out of poverty, etc So why are our politicians and civil servants (past and present) this wicked? |
No need to be angry sha. The politician and civil servant that came up with this wicked idea wants their palms to be greased. We thank God for 2015 sha. We wouldnt have known this Lai Mohammed. We thank God because history will condemn him as one of the worst public servants we've had in our nation since 1914. Why do we need to punish Companies for advertising in foreign stations? Example most of the banks that advertise on CNN have branches in many African countries. FG didn't ban Hollywood movies before we grew our Nollywood to this level. Look at our music industry. FG didn't ban, diacourage or stop us from listening to foreign songs because they want to encourage our local musicians. We didn't ban the importation of Essential Balm before Aboniki balm took over |
4ckyou:That's the problem. The past Governors did absolutely nothing in Aba, so Okezie is starting from the scratch. |
These ones have collected their own |
Vaughanlanrewaj:Huge lie from the pit of hell. Wish i had time i'd have drafted a good response to this. However, if we'd Restructured Nigeria a long time ago, Boko Haram would've been nipped in the bud because Borno State police would've arrested and prosecuted the members before they had the chance to acquire sophisticated arms to challenge a one time Africas best Army. The North West states would've stopped the bandits because because the different State police with their highly trained SWAT Squads would've collaborated to wipe them away. There would be no room for Pirates and militants in the SS. Cultism that's now a pandemic wouldn't have been a problem because of State Police. Nnamdi Kanu would've been in an office in Abia State or even a care giver in UK if we'd restructured Nigeria. We'd have no ESN, IPOB, MASSOB, etc. This is for security alone, i no get time to talk of economic advantages of a restructured Nigeria For God's sake we would not have been talking about COWS in the 21st century if Nigeria was Restructured and practicing True Federalism. How can we get quality leadership with the type of Inec and Electoral Act we have? As you can see, the present FG and NASS are not interested in Ammendind, passing and signing into law Electoral act. Forgive my typos biko |
Vaughanlanrewaj:Most Nigerians in the rural area engage in subsistence farming (though most are living below poverty) which according to NBS is Full time Employment. Now oil exploration have devastated their Land, they can't farm. their fishermen now go far into the Atlantic to fish because most rivers are contaminated. However, i don't know wat Imo state is doing there ![]() |

Richie0974:Ok Thanks Chief |
Funkeshuga:The greatest mistake that the FG made was arresting and prosecuting OPC men that arrested Wakili. Also the Political leaders will be making a grave mistake if Amotekun is reduced to a toothless Because what will replace these law abiding vigilantes will be Armed masked men moving all over the SW shooting and killing Fulanis and their cows. This is not false prophesy, it'll happen except Northern Governors activate RUgA in their states and FG force the herdsmen to relocate to their homes up north. |
Dotng:D0wn1oading from this place is damn too slow. Is there anyother way i can get a faster download for PC? Forgive me if this is a novice question |
The consequence of this will be that masked men killing any suspected kidnapper in the region instead of handing them over to the police. Whether Wakili is guilty or not or later released or not, the OPC guys should be released and court case dropped. Vigilantes like OPC should not be pushed to go underground. |
Thank God for technology and also that he got his laptop back. However, i noticed that a high brow estate is literally sharing a fence with a slum. The people living in that estate are sitting on a keg of gun powder. |
Now if we had state police, these Vigilantes would've been the Police and would've nipped these terrorists activities in the bud |
Asswipemod:Wow!!! I've always thought Tanko Yakassai is Fulani. Heard Buhari jailed Tanko after his coup in 1983, no wonder he's one of this admins greatest critic from the North. |
This is a welcome development. Now we need another policy like this for Railways. FG has failed, let's localize our development. This is another form of Restructuring |
