Don Demu: Guy how ΰ wan compare UNN (an academic inst) with Nig Navy? Abi dem tel ΰ se na d number be d wahala? We no wan face reality for naija. Why wont results of the Navy exams be pasted for everyone to see his score but just names of the usual 25 candidates shortlisted from each state? Am not saying God doesnt play a role but merit doesn't. 90% of successful candidates who face the armed forces selection board na products of pressed buttons take it or leave it

ladepete: Ahq officers confirmed there will be a test. As a matter of fact a friend of mine gave a general in Ahq abuja a missed call just last week and he got a text, the date of exam have not been fixed.they are probably still deliberating on an exam or not. Remember recruits had to write exams for the 1st time. The thing now is we don't know if candidates will be shortlited for exams has done in civil or all will have to write, which I strongly doubt. Gentelmen officers, exam or no exam, God 1st, whatever the modality..God grant us success.

Those speculation exam before shortlisting, they say and i quote 'dnt ask me my source but i heard from DHQ that will be test before shortlisting',i want to ask,are they still debating about the exam or wuz going on?

When Nigerian Navy form came out newly many were scared to apply because of fear of a 3rd party intruding into their account through their ATM card. During the period of the recruitment exercise, I assisted as many as I could with my ATM card and some gave me token which I charged for my service. Some of them I assisted, I didn't even see them with my naked eyes, it was just on phone and I dealth with them with utmost sincerety because I revere God. When Nigerian airforce form was finally out, I went to the thread to encourage them and to tell them to trust more in God even if they have godfather. To my greatest disappointment "xkms" went to that same thread without proper regards and understanding of the use of English diction, went and indented my image and told them that I was taking advantage of the gullible ones. Why would a grown up man do such? Why would he stain my cloths with his filthy fingers? Judge for yourselves, and before you text always try and rethink. And don't include any for your own sins mr xkms. I would have utter some negative utterance but I had to hold and reverse it. I know what my tongue carries "written or spoken".
And besides, my post on NN thread did not include xkms or any. I AM ALSO AN APPLICANT OF NA.

remember you once called me a scamist on this forum when i sent a text a friend of mine received telling her she was shortlisted for NA interview,i tried explaining that the message was not for me that i was just trying to Get an explaination here so i can advice but you still maintained that Am trying to scam people and i have to let go when i n oticed you wnt let go after all my explanation so i wonder why you of all people should be angry now.
Even at that you still went ahead to say you love NN more than NA that they are more disciplined just because of the querrel you have with few people on NA thread ,to me i believe have the right to condem any profession cause all profession have their shortcomings but that's not reason to condemn.

FOF4u: Amen i hope 2 join soonest. DSSC train 4 6mths while SSC train 4 9mths, but Emrino is in airforce not army.

Ssc trains for 9mnths cause they train in nda not because they are ssc,dssc 19 trained in nda in the year 2010 and there training lasted 9mnths,so dnt just conclude dssc trains 6mnths and ssc 9mnths,like i said any shortservice course(dssc and ssc) that takes place in nda is 9mnths

i said training not screening,and no one knws when list will come out yet,Where will ssc ðø there screening?

(3) Select Direct Short Service Commission.
