For you guys that have ulcer, its very possible that you'll get in and it'll be undetected..but then what happens when training starts? How do you want to cope when you go for camps and you don't eat in almost 24 hours? Ever think about how it'll have a really negative effect on you? Trust me you might get in, but there are ways to detect this things when training starts... Uniforms aren't issued immediately for a reason, cos there'll still be many drop outs.. And remember drugs won't be allowed in during screening and training... If you have an attack die to to series of trainings and standing for long hours and its detected that bits ulcer..you'd most probably be kicked out.. Last last, you'll still do what you want to do but think about it well... |

AdamuSoja: ********** PLEASE, NO INSULT, NO SARCASM************ Good morning Gentlemen officers
I have a little navel protrusion(umbilical hernia) although, it has never disturbed me in any way. I never knew it was a challenge not until now I was advised to go for surgery but I felt it's a bit late considering the time left.
My question 1) Should I still go for the surgery (The stitches would be visible )? 2) Should I not show up for the interview? 3) What advice do you have for me?
#N.B : I scaled the medical during 62RC interview.
CC: Ugo4U KODACK sikowitz17 Dammysmart Officers here present Any nairalander with useful suggestion just go for the screening first...who knows..but if you aren't selected, correct it as soon as you can..or do it immediately you leave the screening grounds if you are selected... Cos you'll have like 1 month to prepare for resumption of cadet training I hope 1 month is enough to recover . |

ugo4u: You should have done this since in order to start treatment on time. As it stands now the odds of scaling medical is very bad, I'll advice you to start the Moringa therapy from now(you have no other option now) till the day of medicals, it has the ability to conceal the virus during test. Go look for the leaves and grind it to powder or better still buy the powdered Moringa, mix like two teaspoon in every meal of yours (be it Pap, tea, soup etc) 3X daily till the day of screening, while at it also get the seeds Chew at least 5 seeds daily. Caveat Its at the risk of your BP because its being proven overtime that Moringa causes Low BP and crashes blood sugar. You didn't tell him that what ever drug or seeds he's taking in would be seized at the gate..he has to find a way to sneak it in.. |

edq88917: quick question guys what’s the maximum time we’re supposed to complete the run (3.2)?? you can complete it at anytime you choose to.. But there are cages (positions) for those who complete it in 15-17 minutes..(1st cage) 10 points.. 17-18/19 not sure (2nd cage) I don't know the points..than third cage..19 minutes and after..2 points.. And this one that there's competition.. Your points matter to scale through and make the final list...points would be awarded after the race too for P.E Rope climbing, ditch jumping etc.m |
