Number 10 is not what u think man. It means they have scored while it was as jst 1 minute in a match, 2 minutes in a match, 3 minutes in a match and so the 90 minute and 90+ minutes.

I can only guess the minimum. He's at least 28. Although i won't be surprised if he's above 30(his ceiling should be around 32). . Do you not remember he was excluded from the under 17 world cup. There was speculation(highly possible) that he wasn't included cos of he was just above the MRI eligibility limit. Anyway, i suppose it's not fair to dwell on this subject. The Nigerian talent grooming culture is not in good condition. It is what it is.
