im not claiming there are no genuimne mistakes in the bible but nowhere did the bible say therer are no mistakes in it. it was written by humans therefore it has flaws. just the same way a dictionary might have typos but doesnt stop it from being a dictionary.
however most of bawomolo s supposed contradicitons just prove that he totally does not undertsand literaryt language or he s not very intelligent.

i ll find it very hard to forgive my gfriend if she cheats so u cant blame ur guy.but if he loves u he l come back. however, u should have been thinking abt him when u where slepping with this other guy. u also shld have let him realise u had a problem with sex, most guys can relate with tht, he even might have had very practical tips to help u, thts what a relationship is about.

the bible was not written by God! it was inspired by God!!! Big difference. the purpose of the word of God is to inform you of His plans 4 mankind.

What u guys are saying is that the bible should not even have tpographical errors because its God's word which quite frankly is just silly. The bible was written by mere men and the little inconsequential mistakes they made does more to prove its authenticity.

take 4 instance the books of the bible kings and chronicles,  these books are just historical records kept by the priests of israel (it is the work of the shamans of most cultures to keep historical records). it was incorporated into the bible because these books prove a point,  God is interested in man! and thats all thats important to God.

now to argue that becuase some priest said in a verse that david had 10,000 men and in another verse said david had 9,999 men, then the bible is contradictory is just not very smart. ok?

the difference in Jesus's birth date is simple error!!!! insignificant error. the people who wrote the gospels had to research their writings, God didnt reveal it to them in a vision!!!! the only biblical book that was totally vivion from start to finish was revelation. scientists dont agree about much when it comes to really being specific. no 2 historians alive will absolutely agree on the birthdate of 5 great historical figures.

my point exactly!!! the pips who wrote the bible were not writing a scientific report, hence the little irrelevant differences which funny people like u term contradicitons. also note the bible was written by several different people who saw the same event from slightly different perspectives. the bible is consistent in what is relevant and that is message!

i think ure the one who needs a coaching in history. Jerusalem was sacked about seventy years after the death of Christ. (66-73CE)Christ Himself predicted this in Mathew 24 . Many people erroneously think hes talking about  the end of the world but He really was talking about the end of the world for the Jews. Anyways Jerusalem and surrounding areas became  devoid of Jews and Hadiran completed thejob in the second Roman Jewish war years later.
