phineas:I wonder why Atiku for whatever reason will intend to replace Buhari after eight years in a Northern Muslim in power. Justice demands that power rotate between this two region accordingly, either per four years or eight. Whoever emerges from within that contest between SW/SE, NE/NW will be a matter of political alliances and compromise. With what IPOB/UGM have turned the east to in recent times, who will with confidence hand them power? It will be a difficult game, except to someone who is exceptionally trustworthy with proven track record of loyalty. |
Voting for Obi seems to be the only viable option. Any vote cast for Atiku or Tinubu seems to me like a waste. In a cosmopolitan, pluralistic, multi ethnic and multi religious society like ours, not factoring other component that make up this contraption is a prelude for injustice and social imbalance. |
tuzle:He wrote it there how he was ferried across Europe to Africa with his motorbike. Next time be patient enough to read through a post if you must comment. |
FERNANDEZISBACK:Psalm14:1 Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; not one of them does good! |
manoflove22:When we advise you guys to turn to your life Over to God, and how such decision will change your life and save you from many heartaches, you all wouldn't just listen. Now you're caught in a cage from where if care is not taken, your life can be driven in a completely wrong direction far from your projection. Now you'll be forced to seek the God you've always run away from, something you could have done long ago with ease. May you find God's mercy as you humble yourself to seek him at your cross road. |
When we advise you guys to turn to your life Over to God, and how such decision will change your life and save you from many heartaches, you all wouldn't just listen. Now you're caught a cage from where if you're not careful your life can be driven in a completely wrong direction far from your projection. Now you'll be forced to seek the God you've always run away from, something you could have done long ago with ease. May you find God's mercy as you humble yourself to seek him at your cross road. |
So what happens to don't judge a book by its cover? We consider things too inconsequential as a measure of excellence in this part of the world. There are people with brilliant ideas and communication skills but lack organizational skills. A president is not one who know it all, but one who knows what, where and when to do something that's required of him. |
Jonathan coming to mess himself up. If his wife is not power drunk, this is the time to call him to order as this arrangement will further erode his already screwed public perception. How can he heed the calls of the cabals for his own personal benefit at the expense of the whole South. I think someone should call him to order. |
A democracy without opposition, what kind of democracy is that? Lagos, a centre of excellence that's suppose to live up to it's name in this and many other things, is fast sliding into a totalitarian state. |
Let APC present Jonathan and they'll loose woefully. Not because he's a bad product, but because southerners will easily see through the game of deceit that northerners wants to play, through his candidacy. And for Jonathan to accept such offer, he'll most likely will lose whatever credibility that's left of him, as he would now be seeing going forward as a selfish individual, who is only after his own fortune. |
Not condemning her, not at all. But unfortunately for majority of our woke generation ladies who knows next to nothing about life, having come off from troubulous background for which God had been merciful to them thus far, instead of navigation the rest of the ocean of their lives with prayers, thats when they'll get completely submerged in iniquity and unwholesome lifestyle. The world is a wicked place especially down here, a lot of people practically don't want you to make progress, and once you fall into their hands at any point of your life through careless living, they prey on you, while turning your days of joy to bitter sorrows. I hope our modern day ladies learn to pray rather than committing fornication with reckless abandon and slaying away their lives! |
There are always human prince of Persia in every state, |
Even if all the rubbish sit at home is all they do and not resort to mindless and senseless killings of innocent citizens, who wouldn't careless. |
Is he doing this because of Amechi or something. |
As it is, "largely" to me is an understatement; 'entirely', is most appropriate. Those criminal terrorist elements lacking human feelings are not freedom fighters. Who could the killers have been if not from among them? Is it the fulani or hausa man that is already afraid of his lives in the East that will have the audacity to go on this senseless and mindless killing spree? Only an indigenous people with proper knowledge of the terrain and environment can do this time and again and go Scott free. The answer therefore is obvious! |
Both of you on your way to spending your eternity with devil in the lake of fire, and that does not bother both of you, rather its how to entrap yourselves the more under devil's yoke you're seeking an advice. I pity both of you and others reeling in fornication, adultery and all manner of filthiness. See your judgement below! 2 Peter 2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. 2:14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 2:15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 2:17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. |
Tokskob2008:Even that too is not an unmerited Favour, for if it was a trap then, you'll definitely be disgraced or killed. Unmerited favour is having what you did not deserve in a legitimate way. God is not the God of confusion or duplicity, he doesn't duplicate any countries currency, so if you see money laced somewhere, it either fell from someone's hand or was thrown or kept there by thieves or armed robbers. Your best bet is to leave it and go your way if you think the environment is unsafe to do that. But if it's safe and your spirit permits it, then take it and report same to any authority around with whom you consider same matter to be safe. Police, the king, a reputable chief, school principal etc with evidence. |
She's a pastor in Christ Embassy and never came across this passage of the scripture. Matthew 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. |
The truth is that when people already conclude in their heart they can't get to heaven, they involve in activities, shows, acquisitions, display and lifestyle that can be counterproductive to their own very health and well-being. This is because they believe this earth, is all they've got and must expend it to the fullest. This is the lie of the devil, you don't need to go overboard thinking you can't make heaven, surrender to Jesus and live right and you will not perish! |
You're encouraging her to cheat, you can price it and give her whatever you decide above that as charity. On the issue of not paying your tithe, it is needless if you're not bornagain; but if you're, nobody will compel you before you understand the goodness of giving to the Lord consistently to expand his kingdom. If the people overseeing the ministry where you worship are living flamboyantly on worshippers sweat, you have the option of prayerfully quitting to where you think your tithe will be properly utilized for a better purpose, otherwise you stay back and continue to do what God commanded you to do knowing fully well everyman will be accountable to God on the day of reckoning. If you can't determine where to pay your tax and how much to pay to the government, then it's wisdom to give to God adequately, appropriately, proportionately, regularly and joyfully what he requires from you. So quit paying your tithe randomly to people whatever their economic status, it won't justify you for doing the right thing to wrong people at the wrong place. Give to people as best as you can but not your tithe, your tithe and offering is part of your treasure in heaven. |
MerciMe:Most of these schools, private schools especially are trying to outdo each other on non essentials. |
A nation that reject God is in peril of dearth. Biafra that's build on the blood of the innocent, bitterness, rebellion against Jesus is a project sure to fail. He'll turn to other people who want to hear, unfortunately the blood of those who ought to be saved and healed as a result of this crusade, if eventually canceled: will be required from the hands of this children of disobedience on the day of reckoning. When you remove God from your foundation, your day of servitude will be prolonged. They may be feeling fly now, but it will more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of Judgement than for this ones. |
Sincerely, Osinbajo and Peter Obi can actually contest on political platforms other than Apc and Pdp and still win. If it be Gods will that any of this two personalty preside over our affairs come 2023, that would be a done deal. |

That will be the end of the old horses. We now can, if we choose not to be continously and collectively foolish choose from among the other packs, at least one that is credible. Should we foolishly continue to hang our lives and destiny in the hands of this few heartless old men? I think the youth should stop fooling around at this point with irrelevant and sense sapping programs like BBNAIJA and drunkenness, and take back their future and destiny in 2023 from old men who have nothing else to do than destroy our common wealth. There is enough wealth to go round in this nation, with everyone having a portion no matter how little. But only a few choose to forcefully sit on them without letting it get out of the circle. We can change such narrative with our voters card come 2023, forcefully without violence. |
Housing:Jesus is not a prophet in the sense that Muslims refer to him as one, and even below and inferior to Mohammed which is ridiculous and laughable. Jesus and the father have being in existence before the very beginning, and as such the purpose of redemption was thrust upon him by the father, as he alone could redeem mankind from their sins and spiritual fall. All true prophet of God who spake and prophesied before Jesus was born spoke about his coming and the ones who after that pointed at Jesus. Any prophet therefore, whether before or after Jesus; who did not make him the subject, focus and Centerpoint of their message is nothing but a false prophet. |
Mickykarim:It was just an allusion to counter Muslims on the barbaric manner in which they always try to defend their faith or whatever they felt negate their preconceived ideas on how things should be said or done. Earnestly contending for the faith is not radicalism or a way to generate controversy, but being able to speak up and correct erroneous teachings about our faith without resorting to violence. Whereas Deborah may have overstepped her boundaries, but nothing on earth gives anyone the right to take the life of another especially where such person does not constitute a threat to anyone's continous physical existence. If it's a matter of word, name, belief or doctrine, it's something that can always be resolved no matter the level of provocation involved. |
If only you know how God desist that program you're about to partake in, and what eternal end awaits both the organizers and participants, you'll back track without given it a second thought. |
SultanOfPuna:Unfortunately they still deny Jesus death and crucifixion, believing he was substituted. Just like saying Deborah was substituted and not the one burnt to death, when the murderers knew exactly it was she they killed. What a religion, so synonymous with lies and falsehood. |
Romans 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; |
Exactly. No more killing in God's name! |
