I sincerely sympathy with your situation. However the only sure way out of your current predicament is a wholehearted surrender to Jesus. Confess your sins to God, Repent of them all, accept him into your life as your Lord and personal saviour, and be willing to follow him at any cost. That's the sure route to both the spiritual and physical ailment you're experiencing and its attendant torment.

How do you keep talking about keeping PDP out of circulation. when he should be more concern on how to be of invaluable service to the people whose trust he's about to hold perhaps in a short while. How does keeping PDP logo away translate to automatic performance for APC, cos as far as any intelligent person is concerned PDP=APC? This is how our outgoing president and his team kept PDP perpetually in their mentions until several of them cross carpeted to APC. This corruption is what Buhari would have helped Nigeria get rid of at once; unfortunately he failed to live up to his promise after 7years. Now he'll be regretting not doing the utmost right thing to get Nigeria back on track while he had the opportunity to do so.

A party that can't organize an ordinary primary election successfully within the stipulated and statutory time limit can't be taken seriously. If they had come forthwith zeroing in on a credible southern candidate, the deal would have been done with people's confidence in the system intact. Now as it were, nobody is trusting this guy's anymore. Should a southerner cling this ticket, it will not be thanks to northerners support, as they have shown clearly that if not for the arm twisting and bashing they would have handed the ticket to one of themselves. A very bad and retroactive precedent being set already!

It is even self deceit for both men to agree to succeed each other. How will both men being of the same religion think they can succeed each other when they can't even hold a joint ticket. If it was an albatross for persons of the same faith and geographical location to hold a joint ticket, it is also against the Nigeria spirit to make such promise. In the spirit of equity and justice such promise between them ends with them and has no hold on Nigeria. Bearing the circumstances therefore, it is justice and Fairplay to politely apologize to Tinubu and probably compensate him in any other way or at other times, but for now picking Osibanjo ahead of Tinubu is the most wise thing to do.

But why is it that PDP couldn't give their ticket to a candidate from SE, where they have high number of representatives and committed followers? Why should an outsider fight your battles for you on a platform where you least command an attention or have a say? I think the problem with SE is pride, instead of coming down from their high horse and negotiate or strike a deal with SW or SS brothers, to pull power to themselves: they'd rather prefer to keep their pride while expecting others to fight the North on their behalf and hand them the power on a platter of gold. Just see how the SW are battling it out with the North in the ongoing primary and you'll understand that Politics is about horse trading, alliances, negotiations, compromise and diplomacy; it's not a game of bitter emotion or sympathy or malicious grandstanding.

They should not align na, they should keep playing and deceiving themselves. At least, may be this will unite the South for once.

During military Era they never wanted to and always find excuse not to do so, check the years of military rule since independence and see how many of those years were occupied by military junta or ruler from that extraction, and you'll understand they never wanted to give up power at any time for any reason. But democracy isn't making things easy for them. That's the plain truth!

Morally Buhari should not renege on the bond and deal he personally had with Tinubu but on another thought Nigeria is not a personal business construct.

Did Buhari actually promised to hand over power to Tinubu in 2015 at the expiration of his tenure? I don't think so. This is becasue the almagation was meant to benefit each actor immediately, reason Tinubu wanted to take the VP slot while Buhari occupies the higher seat, an idea that was vehemently kicked against. I think Tinubu's ground for preference is only precipitated on the level of his contribution to the parties victory then, for which if you look at it critically he's been paid for; what with his cronies occupying choice positions in this administration. With that Buhari don't think he owes Tinubu anything again.
