Musty42gud:If he applies the same formula he uses in Anambra and improves upon it. Before him, Anambra was a state political gladiator who shared money on monthly basis. He comes in and stops the bleeding. They fight against him, hated him, and bully him but he refuses to bend. He will put policy in place so that I and you will have a sense of belonging. He will stop the wastage, and move us from a consuming economy to producing one. He may not be a perfect person but he has integrity. |

udokpuenyi:. Don't be clever by half. Peter Obi is the only Governor I have sat and eaten on the same table( I am not an Ibo), he has no hate, and will never stoop low to join an issue with anyone. He has a clean soul. I am pointing out a group of people on this forum who are hurting his candidacy. |

CYBERSOLDIERSre:. Hate has clouded your reasons. Why will I support Tinubu? I have enjoyed the basic things that governments can do for their citizens in other countries. Nigeria is where it's because of TINUBU AND CO leadership. Let us sell Peter Obi to others through issues based not name calling. You are only hurting his chances |

I will gladly support the vice president because I know for a fact that Yemi will not allow the rule of law to be in the mud, I know about his economic ideals but when we have the rule of law in place then things will begin to take shape. APC do me dirty. Peter is my next and the only option. I know he will work for a better Nigeria 1 Like |

My vote is for Peter Obi because I know him personally and I believe in his vision. I saw him turning Anambra which was once a state for sharing the money into a State that if well managed has potential for greatness. Please Ibo folks don't demarket him for me and my group. A lot is at stake. |

To be fair, Ibos in this forum started the hate posts and thread, Yorubas are liberal until you attack them. I am not new to this forum. The closest person to me is an Ibo person and I know what an uninformed Ibo can do. That being said, it's not in your interest as a sane Nigerian to return fire for fire. You need those folks you attack every day. It is a smart choice to give your mind sound reasons and forget emotions. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Anyone who knows Peter Obi will agree he will work for all Nigerians. OBI is the ONLY REASON I WILL STOOD UNDER THE SUN TO VOTE. Attacking other candidates will bury this one-time opportunity. |

fasmukol:. Unless we don't want a new approach to the current reality. Nigeria is sinking, people are losing jobs, and 90% of Nigerians in the North have no access to the internet which means 90% of these people are still living in the stone age, thug and miscreants are having a field day in Southern Nigeria. Insecurities everywhere. Who will work and change our situations should be the messages, not name calling and campaigns of hate. 1 Like 1 Share |

Peter Obi need Hausa, Yoruba and every other tribe to win this election. That is a raw fact. OBI candidacy is not IGBO TURN, but a movement to put Nigeria on a path to greatness. This should be the message not the usual banter on this forum. It is one thing showcasing the qualities of an aspirant who you believe in but when you take it out on others, bullied and enforce your will on other people that is a new low. An average Nigerian will revolt and go against such a group of people. You will end up harming Obi's candidacy. I don't support Tinubu and Atiku because I believe they have had their time. This is the 21st century their ideas on leadership don't resonate with me. They have no respect for political balance as far as the Christian population and Southern Nigerians are concerned, they are part of this corrupt system we have in place. That being said I will never stoop low to a level of hate to abuse, or attack their person. Doing so will only demarket my candidate and bestow in them sympathy vote. One of them will end up winning the election out of tribal and religious sentiment. The campaign should be issues base, showcasing what Peter Obi can do for Nigerians. Drop the hate, this is not market affairs but politics, emotions are high. Respect other people's choices while you appeal to their conscience. If you believe good products market themselves then allow what Peter Obi stand for to do the talking not hate. 5 Likes |

Writing this I have also taken into consideration that I have to respect your choice of candidate but he that comes to equity must come with clean hands. There will be consequences if a Muslim man occupies Aso Rock in 2023. There are legitimate paths to a fellow if my liberty is not respected and threatened. I am from the region that feeds this nation but my folks have never detected political direction to other Nigerian. We simply allow other Nigerians to rape our resources and spare the crumbs for thieves we have as leaders in the Niger Delta. The Muslim community in Nigeria don't wake the sleeping lion. |

Politics / Why Peter Obi Should Be Given A Chance. by sirjamesjnr(m): 3:05pm On Jul 09, 2022 |
I am a Nigerian who never believe in the political process of this country until now. I never believed in due process rather I get things done how I want them to be done. I refuse to be eaten rather I eat. So I have contributed both in a negative way also in a positive way to shaping this country as it is today. I am a true Nigerian and I do things the Nigerian way. I have also over the years plans an escape route which is to relocate to where things worked so I can build a better future for my next generation because I do know Nigeria is a jungle where the strongest survive, it's not a place for sane minds. All my interests and aspirations have been shaped with this aim in mind. Well, as fate will have it, I crossed a path with a man which has been able to influence that spot in my heart I never thought I have. I watched him, I listened to him. I am someone who believes in numbers and figures. I saw this man quoting figures and facts effortlessly. I am convinced he will lay a foundation for a new Nigeria. If you doubt me, below are his exact words I have screenshots. Take a look at it with an open mind. I get, Peter Obi's only problem is that he is an Ibo man. I also understand that an average Ibo man sees himself or herself as above others. They are egotistical, manipulative, and sometimes inconsiderate but this man has nothing in him you can say he is an Igbo. He is passionate and consistent with raw integrity. Traits you hardly find among the Ibos, I have over the years dealt with. So if you ever have a little faith in this geographical expression called Nigeria, please consider voting for him. I will for the first time stand under the sun to do so. I admire (not love) Tinubu a lot, how he can against all odds build an empire for himself. He takes a different kind of man to be the Jagaban that we know. Love him or hate him, he has made a name for himself. He is not what we need in this digital age. This is a plain truth. Don't allow emotion and stupid sentiment to cloud your judgment. Jagaban's era has passed. He is a living dead. For those of you using Lagos as a yardstick and Tinubu achievement please make no mistake even an slowpoke can work wonders in Lagos. Lagos is an economic powerhouse of Nigeria. Lagos is the reason a lot of cities in Nigeria are not evolving. We can discuss this if you want. I don't want to talk about Atiku. It's a fruitless effort. I hate wasting my energy. A Nigeria today is Atiku partly signature. He is a spent force. Atiku has partaken in one way or another to put this hopeless nation where it is today. If you have an alternative other than Peter Obi, please enlightened me. The time to make a decision that will affect our generations is now. Vote your conscience. Please listen to a voice of reasoning. Happy weekend to all. 1 Like

https://www.nairaland.com/7200111/inec-reveals-number-new-online/1#114220123. From this analysis, we can see that the South East are not serious about the business of politics. Wake up from being a keyboard warrior, act now. South Easterner get your PVC. Voter apathy in the South East is given the North due advantage and political influence. There is no way South-South has much population than South East. Let your population reflect on the number of PVCs. Drop your ego, and get PVC otherwise get ready to live with the consequences of your actions. Elections are not won on social media. 1 Like |

There is the possibility that the girl may be lying. The man has to take his life because he couldn't stand public ridicule. A lot of ladies claim rape when sexual deals go wrong. I may be wrong though but it is what it is. A lot of innocent people rot in prison for a crime they know nothing about. |

My aunt wanted me to marry so bad. Every lady I am with is good enough for me. When I told her my reservation about those women, she took it upon herself to matchmaking ladies with me. Omo, she has good taste, I ended up meeting beautiful ladies(sadly most with a nasty attitude). I will always come up with one or two reasons they are not good for me. When she found out I am not serious about marriage, she went spiritual. One time she accuse my uncle that he doesn't want me to be responsible. When she found out I am in a serious relationship, she donate some money to the church. May we not have overdo relatives. This thread brings fond memories. 7 Likes |
