This word does not necessarily mean "children" rather it could also mean "progeny" (i.e. it could refer to young boys also)

The same word ذَرَارِيِّهِمْ is used in the context of progeny as well. Oya read :

Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam) disapproved the killing of women and children (Sahih Al-Bukhari 3014)

No. Our laws need to be ammended . The Supreme Court interpreted it as it is . The young man made a mistake of putting it in his statement that he collected the knife then proceeded to stab him. The law says at that point he had the advantage and when he stabbed the guy he committed murder .

Now the lesson here is if you are ever in that situation, just say during the struggle you really don't know how the attacker got stabbed. Never admit to any decisive action because it might be used against you .

All these rich men always trying to prove points anytime they're at the receiving end...even in advanced counties people die during and after childbirth...well RIP to the lady.

It should be investigated, not just swept under the carpet.

Nigerian doctors should stop taking unnecessary risk or trying to be prove skill. This is 2025. Somethings just have to let go.

A fetus weighing 4.2kg should have open a serious discussion for elective CS. And even if they opt for vaginal delivery, they should have anticipated post partum hemorrhage as a complication and set up a PPH protocol in the labour ward in case she start to bleed.

We don't know the side of the doctor but naija women sometimes are verse to CS except if emergency. This is 2025, no big deal with CS, get it done and move on.

When she was born, Allah predestined the baby will become a prostitute and would be killed by her client?

So if u carry knife, Stab your neighbor to death; it's not your fault because Allah already predestined that the neighbor will be stabbed to death even b4 he was born.
Therefore since Allah willed it, the justice system should let u go because u just fulfilling what Allah already predestined.

Only 10% of the US population controls 70% of the wealth in the US. Google is your help, you can search. That means the remaining 90% of the citizens are fighting over the remaining 30%.

That’s a huge disparity between the rich and the poor; which means as we have extreme wealth there, there are also extreme poverty.
