Yeah. Once time my friend and I were just sittin' around and talkin' and he said "Cool jeans. Where'd ya get 'em?" and I said "Thanks. I got them from UNIQLO." And he said "Cool. So. . . Ummmm. . . How 'bout we trade jeans. . . Better yet, how 'bout you give 'em to me?" then I laughed and said "Nice try but its not gonna happen.". As for the Levi's store, yupp dudes bought jeans from the women's section all the time.

The title is supposed to read "American Man", not Nigerian. Just saying. u_u
even if he doesnt have our Ogbono+egusi accent he is still Okeke and Okeke is Nigerian. so the title is correct

u tell us tongue

@ Chaircover

exactly. u took the words right out of my mind hand. one of the advices i noticed people most often give to newlyweds or those that have a family/planning is never argue in front of the kids. i say thats an idealist POV cause in real world, arguments/conflicts are inevitable in any human relationship. its part of being human. seeing that parents are mostly their kids role model, it serves as a means for them to use that opportunity to instill in their kids how to argue effectively without dirty fighting, name calling or yelling etc those are skill. what is NEVER right is fighting and dirty arguments etc because the kids will model after that.
HealthRe: Types Of Contraceptives Available In Nigeria by Sissy3(mod): 9:27pm On Oct 08, 2010
Seun:
Oh my.  Can you explain how each type of contraceptive on this list works?
Condom Female
MALE: collect semen before, during, and after ejaculation.prevents sperm from entering the vagina.

FEMALE: It collects semen and prevents the sperm from entering the woman's body

Oral Contraceptives
stops the action of the hormones that trigger ovulation. prevents the release of egg. makes the sperm hard to swim by thickening the cervical mucous

Emergency Contraceptive:
may work in many ways to prevent preg. delay ovulation, affect development of uterus lining or disrupt fertilization process etc

Injectables- Depo Provera
thickens cervical mucus and suppressing ovulation

IUCD: Copper T.
irritates the lining of the uterus, making it harder for implantation. serves as an irritant who the white blood cells(wbc)will go the area of the inflamed uterus and help destroy the sperms. blocks sperm from reaching an egg

Vasectomy
vas deferens that carry sperm into the semen is cut apart, clamped, tied off. you will still produce semen but it will not contain sperm so it leaves you unable to impregnate. even if you produce sperm, your body reabsorbs it

Tubal Ligation
sterilizes a woman by preventing an egg from traveling to the uterus. blocks sperm from being able to enter the fallopian tube where fertilization usually occurs

FamilyRe: Aged People Getting Married by Sissy3(f): 7:57pm On Oct 07, 2010
sophy09:
I met an old couple who told me they just got married. I was wondering, is it necessary for old people to get married when they lose their partners? I'm sure they are not having sex and it is mostly for companionship but what is the point of getting married to someone who has few more years to leave.

I know back home many of our aged parents don't get married when their partners died. They devote their time and energy to religion, their children and grandchildren.
how u take know? they have sex jor grin

Lmfao, hmmm ok not to be rude or anything but this sounds almost like the exact same story that Stacie Scott Turner from "The Real Housewives of D.C." She told almost the exact same story that you're telling >>> http://209.81.89.10/the-real-housewives-of-dc/season-1/videos/stacies-birth-father & http://stacieturner.com/blog/2010/10/03/episode-8-no-stones-left-un-turned/ I'll post the full episode online when they have it up on the Bravo website. I saw the 8th episode over the weekend. It was the episode where Stacie met with the Nigerian woman, Stella and they discussed finding her birth father. Almost all of the things you stated from the village where the father is from to the Igbo name is the same thing Stacie said.
[/quote]hmmm. . . .

Good luck OP

One of my ex girlfriends told me she was dis virgined when she was r.aped in her secondary school days back in calabar. She told her mother who said that she should not talk about such things. She told me the boy who did it has done it to at least 4 other girls in the same school. My heart go's out to all despoil victims and those who say that they cause it themselves by the way they dress are FOOLS!
thank you. at least u r in the minority of men who clearly understand this

Have you got any Evidence to support your claim? undecided
it will be hard to support because of the shame and stigma attached to despoil. hence many women and girls very reluctance to report

and also we dont have a database of criminal statistics to at least record the incidence of those who had the courage and gut to report it.

although the number quoted seem very high, which i have doubts about. however, i think that many women/girls have at least experience some sort of sexual harassment in their life in naija if not from grumpy old azzholes, preying on young girls, it will be some idiotas who feel entitled to womans body because he has a thirdleg
