Have you tried in another pc? Try opening cmd & input the following commands with the flashdrive & memory card inserted

DISKPART

List drives

It should show all drives connected to your system including your harddrive. If they show up, it might be a virus or hardware issue.

If you can format the drive, use Recuva to retrieve the deleted files back. Works like hell

Try booting up from a windows installation disk or bootable drive and chose repair computer. You can either refresh, restore your PC or repair startup errors.

Ram shouldn't be lower than 4gb, 2gb can also work but I'll rather not,
