Just like an outbreak of a disease or an epidemic,,,,we need to isolate and quarantine it |
A WILD RESOUNDING APPLAUSE FOR ALL OF YOU!!! THIS IS SIMPLY FANTASTIC AND FUNNY ESPECIALLY THE POSITIONS WITH DESCRIPTIONS WAY TO GO @ KRUCIFAX AND @JMAINE AND EVERYONE ELSE SO FUNNY, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO FALL FROM (ROOF, STOREY BUILDING, HELICOPTER, JUPITER) |
emmatok:That one sef dey,,, |
You guys forget all these things. The real enemy is out there,,,the greed, selfishness and corruption that has brought us here. well on a closing note for the night, I am a supporter of the acronym TEAM (Together, Each Achieves More). Regardless of our backgrounds, I think that we all have something to bring to the table. As long as we are willing to set aside our differences, our hurts especially the past (a very crippling stronghold) and are all willing to make sacrifices and doing the right thing. If one region could do it better than the other we would not be where we are today (we should have been much better off). But since we are all here, we are all in this mess together. Please lay aside your arguments and use the energy to think how we can develop Nigeria. Cheers!! |
realchange:Let me tell you a truth, you might disagree but if you think about it, If all of us ever went our separate ways then I bet you the same reasons that would have split us would be the same division lines along which the SE and the SS would relate. And that was if they agreed that you went along with them. |
I still don't see any correlation or any basis for the union between the SS and the SE. Stop deceiving yourself. that Map is old. that was then. this is NOW. Ask them, "let us secede from Nigeria". I can almost hear the unequivocal response even before its uttered "you and who? What do you have to offer us?" |
Well to try to answer the question of what the SW contributes to Nigeria, I'm no expert economist or historian but I think from the GDP maps on display, the SW and SE (as long as they stop forcefully attaching themselves to the SS) are more or less the same thing with the SW slightly edging out the SE. Before you respond, consult the map. |
see*noevil: ![]() Comic relief |
Well, how true that map is is another debate entirely because that was then, in the 1930s and 1960s. If you ask the people of the SS NOW, who have suddenly found their voice, they might not necessarily want to be associated with you guys (for obvious reasons) So the same question you guys have been throwing at the SW, what do the SE contribute to Nigeria? |
Igbos stop claiming the SS they are a different people from you. IJAW (and all the others that make up the SS) and IGBO are not the same or are they?? This map looks like one that was crafted more out of guile and cunning than on any other bases. A quick move upon the discovery of the oil to align with the producing environment to itself. |
realchange:When these names are mentioned in the same sentence, adenuga and dangote are also normally included. Pls remind me, I seem to be at loss right now of someone of Igbo extract that we can mention in the same sentence? |
realchange:I think the title Nomadic should belong to the Igbos. |
Why is there a clandestine move to align the Igbos with the South Southerners?(Niger Deltans?) |
Falling of,,,,,(from the most unimaginable places eg tree, moon, fence and so on) |
Infact I was just going to praise your post |
The daftest opinion so far is accusing PTB of not protesting against Boko Haram as if it is in his place to do so? The &*£2@! that was elected at the centre couldn't and hasn't summoned the courage to release the military against Boko Haram, yet it was easy to do so against defenceless citizens. Tyranny, Cowardice and Shame I would say. We better be happy we have someone like PTB. Nobody is perfect, Even if some of his attributes are disliked, we all have shades of the good, bad and ugly. bodejohn: |
Why don't they ever do these meetings at neutral venues? ![]() There is an effect negotiating in your enemy's territory has on the one coming from outside, now labour has fallen for it %*$#!!! |
I think its a bit selfish and quite myopic from Asari-Dokubo to utter such a statement at a time like this. Its not about ethnicity. Something that is bad is bad. It doesn't have two names. Bad governance is bad governance. |
^^ In other words, we should be preparing soon,,, |
All of you that are wishing the man death, dont you all know that its the same fate that awaits us all? the rich o, poor sick healthy it is appointed for man to die once! I really don't see what sense wishing the inevitable on someone makes ![]() |
I am sorry for these Boko boys, because by the time we finish with FG on the fuel subsidy and we land on them, they wouldn't know what hit them, shay they are still there making mouth, this one wont be like Afghanistan or Pakistan or Sudan or Somaila, this is NIGERIA and it is in everything we are different JUST WAIT AND SEE |
