You can send a reminder via webform it think it will help also you can contact the mp for ur spouses area in canada here via email he/she will help follow up. Your spouse can get that information online. Also you can request for gcms notes your spouse can request from here its 5cad but if u used third party site its 20cad. This will give you a picture of what stage your application is.

In ur company's account was there 25m or the inflow and out flow is 25m? Are you self employed? Or you have a job? Is sit 2yr course or one year course. [

I assume you are familiar with the documents required from a sponsor since you are on a study permit. So, as a student, you can sponsor her if you have a source of income and were not sponsored. Likewise, you are good if you have graduated and are now on a maintained status for PGWP, evidenced by the work authorization letter issued by IRCC.

Paying her tuition is an even more convincing way of supporting her.

Please check the refund policy of Seneca College.

Seneca college is a good school and I believe they refund tuition fees. You can either visit the school in person, call or check their refund policy.

You can sponsor your sis without actually showing your immigration status even though it's on record you are in Canada.

I will also recommend, you don't mention the agriculturist part but let her present employment status shoe she's into logistics and maybe manager of the logistics department.

Apply together even if you don't need it now....trust me. You will need it later

It's PPR for a family of five ...... ���. Husband (student), spouse open work permit for me, study visa for 2 children and visit visa for my last Child. All glory to God Almighty. It finally ended in praise. Our time line is attached.

No they won’t. I am advising on the fastest route to get SOWP. Apply for visa first to Canada. Then apply for SOWP once you get to Canada.

It takes forever to get an SOWP if you are applying from Nigeria.
Always check the visa processing time online.

SOWP takes too long if applying from Nigeria. Check average processing time for work permit from Nigeria. As at this morning, it is 57 weeks. It is better to apply for a temporary visa and then when you are in Canada you apply for SOWP.

My VV was was given attention today and simultaneously my sowp application was also updated with my biometric and UCI number which was not provided before when I submitted. On the VV I was ask to submit Appliction for a temporary resident form IMM5257b with a deadline 12 October but on my new application SOWP all these has being submitted accordingly. Please what is your best advise to the present request from IRCC?

I recently received my student visa and plan to travel in December. While applying for study visa, I stated in the family section of the form that I will travel alone and used my family as home. My agent told me last week that I have to wait till after Imy graduation before I can apply SOWP for my spouse and for daughter.
What should I do?

I have one VV application that still running since 2020 and is yet to be finalized, Please what will happen? Should I raise a web form for cancellation of the VV or they will cancel by themselves?
