Lol, see clean-up! Nairaland Environmental Protection Agency at work. Thumbs up, Muki. Good job. |
One of the best Nollywood movies I've watched was Naomi, written by John Okafor. Starring Kenneth Okonkwo, Omotala Jalade, etc. Never believed Mr. Ibu wrote that movie. Very touching. |
"If the pic is true then we are dead"! How? |
@ Poster: Like many others before you, you made sense. But these evils are what we have to live with, as long as Nigeria remains one. I don't need to explain this for you to understand. |
^ Who be this one? |
Atiku is humbled because a group of quarter-to-die, static 'politrickscians' of the old order SELECTED him as their candidate! This guy needs help, seriously. Is he blind to the difference between leading a country and being the head of a clan of Ciromas? |
medjai:. . . you guess. |
I hope he's not owing Dokpesi and the other pitiable bunch of sycophants. By the way, I think we've not heard the last from IBB. |
How about ditching this idea of new unis and upgrading the existing ones to have higher students intake? |
How many Catholics are yet to use a condom because the pope has not approved it? |
I just bought this book today (N450) because of this thread, and out of curiosity. I hope I enjoy it . . . |
Heart of Darkness by JOSEPH CONRAD. I want to know why the book generated so much fuss. |
Ogaga4Luv:You're welcome. My back-bone's intact. |
My people and awoof sef, lol . . . This is on the front page, I hope it won't attract Mr Cork and other ediots. |
^ Lol. |
dappssee:A combination of Atiku and IBB is still goodnews for GEJ. |
^ with garlic and ginger. |
A former customs officer now a trillonaire. And some people see him as an angel. What did he and OBJ do with the PTDF and police fund? |
Mai Suya:Either way, there is no question of the north putting it's best foot forward; the two feet are rotten. With Atiku and IBB, the north stands no chance of producing the next president. |
^ Ask Mrs. Eve. |

That last pic in the first set . . . did her sandals spoil or wat? |
Um . . . No, I don't bath. |
Again, I don't believe they can be used interchangeably. |
AjanleKoko:They're only slightly similar. Precedent sets a rule or example with which to judge/decide a similar situation later . . . Antecedent is a thing or an event that comes before another and MAY have influenced it. Precedent influences future decisions/actions. Antecedent is just an event and does not necessarily influence a future decision, more like a 'dead' page of history ( I think). The PDP's zoning formula is a precedent for selecting it's flag-bearers, but the party has an antecedent of breaking rules which may see it disregarding the zoning formula in future. ( This is my opinion, though). |
It's his money. Let him spend it as he wishes . . . I just hope he has plans for the future. |
^ Lol! |
^No shaking. |
Hmm . . . I hope Nigeria don't go on strike soon. |
I bet they are Igbo, lol! |
