*Atinuke's sitting on a brown leather sofa at the far end of the room quietly pouring wine in a cup from an almost full bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon with eyes fixed on the phone as she's trying to call up her girls.smileywink
She's suddenly jolted by a sharp baritone voice and looks up to see a tall dark young man probably in his early twenties looking down on her with his arm pointing to the space beside her.*
"Hello young man"..

jidegirl12: Slimyem well you're not sure if she's the one that leaked this photo for sure it's all insinuations!

Second of all it's not your place to infer how anybody raises their children , maybe when you have your own and hopefully a girl ( and diva like you) you'd know what I'm talking about.

Because I honestly don't see anything wrong with that picture! there I said it!
Of course, the who or who did not take the picture is all speculations but it is an almost safe one if you wouldn't be biased here.
Who could have dressed the girl up?
Who could have taken that picture of her?
Her father or siblings or friends?
Who could have posted those as display or profile pictures to have peeps ooh and aah at how pretty and sexy she is?
Who? huh

I know what you are talking about more than you think i do.
I wouldn't of course in real life directly confront a mother on how she chooses to raise her child or children but on a public forum like this,i can't mask my opinions on what's reprehensible or not to me.
Its okay that you don't see anything wrong with having your two-years old daughter pose sluttily and sharing the pictures on www.
Goodluck with that!

jidegirl12: Calling somebody unworthy ,don't you think that's just too harsh & disrespectful ? the fact that you really don't know these people?..... just too judgemental ...
harsh...maybe!
Judgemental...oh wellundecided
i don't think any mother who puts her child out like this deserves any less than what she gets.
Whether i know who the mother is or not is far from the point.
Its a mother's responsibility to protect ,guide
their children and encourage their
intellectual and emotional selves at this age
to ensure they become self assured,
responsible individuals NOT make them aware of their sexuality and how to exploit it at this stage.
Once more, this girl's mother deserves every bit of critisism and insult she gets around this issue and more!!

Yomieluv: no need arguing with a slowpoke like u,ur view is myopic, smack of a deluded person. No need to quote me,cos I won't reply u.Nairaland addict.
it was my mistake to have thought you a normal human being and addressed you as such.
Now i know you are just an incoherent loon in a class of your own.
Wind your tail round your legs and run along...
My strike system has you struck out henceforth!!
Eleriibu!!

Nairaland GeneralRe: Boxing Day- Nigerian Style by slimyem: 1:10pm On Dec 26, 2012
Mods, enough of these boxing day threads!
They are all boring and crappy!!
FamilyRe: Dressing Kids In Short Clothings: How Appropriate? (Picture) by slimyem: 1:06pm On Dec 26, 2012
Yomieluv: so you want us to believe that the girl is dull, because she wears mini skirt. stop that crap.
i'm saying that the girl was more interested in unimportant things like playing dress-up,posing and catwalking than the basics which was a problem the mother wasn't interested in checking!
Stop reading on the surface!!!
FamilyRe: Dressing Kids In Short Clothings: How Appropriate? (Picture) by slimyem: 1:03pm On Dec 26, 2012
Mavor: I still think its wrong to use these pictures publicly to make a point and even more wrong that this made front page.
Mister, the pictures are already on www.
Everyone's eventually gon see it.
All the blame should go to the unworthy mother who put her child out like this.
She made her daughter the scape goat.
I do hope all the criticism this picture would get reaches her somehow and helps her adjust henceforth.
FamilyRe: Dressing Kids In Short Clothings: How Appropriate? (Picture) by slimyem: 12:58pm On Dec 26, 2012
If a mother wants to play dress-up with her baby, why not do it in decent clothes? huh
The kids up there are alright ... Several million kids outhere in different "raggedy" parts of the world go about naked!
Not promoting indecency though!
PEACE
You do know a person dressed half-nakId is more seductive than a stark naked person..don't you?

Mavor: @OP, What makes you so sure that these weren't worn only at home at the pictures taken at home? You posting these pictures on a public forum like this is the one with real mental issues. Talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill. mtchewwww!!!!!
Even if it was taken in the store,it is WRONG!!!

Reminds me of ex-neighbour's kid who used to be like this.Cute little 3 year old.
She would cry if she was given a trouser to wear instead of a mini skirt.
She was good with poses and catwalks too but she when it comes to school and books,it was zero!!
Ordinary A,B,C then was a problem for her.
I pity her and pity the parents who encourage this kinda dressing.
