Dude craves attention. Simply. |
Interesting read. Root of the problem identified correctly - society and religion. Dealing with it however is a long road away. The depth cannot be easily swallowed. Personal reflections like this are a step up and the little everyone can do... . |
Interesting read. Captures the situation succinctly. |
coogar:At what age will you coming for yours? 72? |
It's easy to pass laws like this but enforcing it is another ball game. Without an effective child service system in place, this law is dead on arrival. |
Lost sons and daughters.... |
Lol.he must have been high during this interview. Voice wey nor dey before plus his weed smoking didn't make it better. The only thing he had going for him was his deep lyrics . I miss him though... |
Well...I hope justice will be served. These ones should not live amongs humans anymore. |
Almost all the points here is speaking to me...... it's been time to move on for sometime now and it's going to happen real soon ![]() |

The picture is nice nah.I can't find what's wrong.. Is she supposed to be hugging the queen? |
A joke obviously. Even a spittle-dripping slowpoke will not do this. |
Lol.Dude sounded really pissed. You sweat all the work and someone else's makes all the money. Not fair. Should he have addressed piracy and leave out the tribe especially given the events of today? Maybe...but then anger and rationality don't go together. |
OP is trolling. How many more shitty threads before the day is over? |
I only hope grandpa does not impregnate one of these women and then leaves the burden for his children to bear.... |
Is your mum a troublesome woman? Maybe your dad is trying to save you some trouble and since he is her husband ,she does answer to him in some ways which means he has to stamp her leaving his house for any reason-one that's acceptable to him. I would not worry if I were you.Your dad seems to be keeping his wife in check. |
The woman in question must be either selfish ,has something to hide or is just not a people-person like you are . Except the company you keep generally isn't good company, what she doing is unhealthy. You might need her to come out with her fears about it,you allay them if you can but you do have to nip it in the bud now else she alienates you from the people that matter. One way to do that is to address it straight-up-she having to accept the reality that your friends and family are as important as she is. Your life cannot revolve around her alone. It usually doesn't end nicely. |
I'm almost certain the woman you are referring to is an illiterate ,loud, immature and attention-seeking one. Eventually, wise neighbors around would know her for what she is and would stop meddling. It not your business OP so you pick the tip (an unhealthy relationship that you don't envy) from this one and look away |
It's funny and not very common to see a father leeching on his son like that so I am going to make an excuse for the man. The one maybe that comes to mind is.. Maybe the man does not trust his son's money making decisions and is just helping him do something useful with it. At least I have seen that happen from a certain elderly brother's angle who encouraged his careless adult but younger brother to save some money with him and he ended up buying a property in the brother's name . But then ,he definitely isn't a man yet and it might just be that his father sees that and is taking advantage of the situation. A 27 year old should know when to stand his ground and firmly but respectfully say NO to his parents on any matter. The only tutorials he needs is learning to say NO. however he chooses to manage his finances should be his business alone! The only duty a parent should to him now is just counsel. |
ifyalways:lol. You never forget to call me out when he shows up.he is a joker though and anyone who's been here long enough would know that. @obowunmi..agba ma ti'n de...when will these stories come different? |
humberjade:In my opinion, the recesses are quite clever. It has in a way helped us all to digest the results and come to terms with them slowly. It's a good thing that it wasn't dumped on us at once and i do think it has in a way suspended post-election unrest. |
