PoliticsRe: Awolowo Gave Western Region In 7 Years What British Couldn't Give Nigeria In 50 by slurryeye2: 2:56pm On May 10, 2017
Nwakaumu:
you dey mind yoruba's Lagos-ibadan express way junk journalism.telling us lie that yoruba were the only people in nigeria who felt white are not superior to them but in reality they are the first tribe who willingly allow white people to come and rule over them when british declared lagos british protectorate and appointed dosunmu as the new oba without resistance from yoruba.there are no anti-colonial movement in yoruba unlike what we have in igbo land as in Aro-British war. In fact yoruba were the first people to capitulate to foreign rule without putting up a fight, from dahomey women warriors to Arab Fulani conquest,Benin(Ado)domination of Eko and british colonialism.yoruba are used to servitude that's why they are afraid to be on their own, hence the hatred they show any time Biafra or Nnamdi kanu is mentioned.Yoruba history is one of servitude and subjugation, these lies are not selling, we are good students of history.so afonja stop distorting history.self-determination is not among yoruba's cultural values.
Google Anglo-Ijebu war (battle of Imagbon) and stop talking with ignorance. The problem with you guys is that you like throwing the first jab, and if Yoruba throw jabs at you, then you start playing victim

What have you the enlightened one achieved with your enlightenment?? How has it made black nations better? Make we hear word abeg undecided
I believe I was having conversation with someone that can comprehend. But If you have difficulty in understanding my previous post, then good luck to you. However, this is my advice to you. Instead of living your life with inferiority complex of believing that white lifes are better than black, I will advise you to blanch off your melanin, restructure your face and join the white race.

There's something about Rich and highly educated folks, they want to spread their superiority complex like carpet.
I was dating a girl like that that thinks because she was doing her Phd here in Canada she should be worshipped. One day I just told her it's over, she almost gave up.

What do you mean? The fact is the whites don't do sentiments like blacks and that is why they enjoy life more. If it isn't working, move on! Simple!!
You said white people's lifes are much better than those of blacks. As someone that lives with them, have them as colleagues and interact with them on daily basis for over 6 years now, I will rather be a black man over and over again. See, the problem black race has is that humongous number of us are ignorant. Get black people enlightened and see them rule the world.

You are not God. Stop saying trash! Just because he left doesnt mean someone better is not out there for her. There is always someone out there for everyone. Whites believe this that is why their life is so much better than blacks.

Every piece of advice am about to give is curled out of your write-up. First, I think you think too highly of yourself and less about him. Secondly, picking a fight over him watching porn describe you as Naive and close-minded cus like you've said, you're in the US and he's in Nigeria, how else did you think he survived? Thirdly, you do not appreciate the fact that while you're busy pursuing you personal educational agendas, he was very understanding for waiting for you, that was a big sacrifice.
Lastly, you live in the US and called Nigeria's Item inferior? That's absolute ignorance. I think your parents and family are top used to very expensive and imported items that they forgot that stuffs in Nigeria ain't exactly the same quality as that of the US, and I am sure your people just wanna make an issue for this. I think they got another hidden suitor someone and I think they suddenly think your man of 7 years is not worthy of their heavy investment who is now a PhD in-making.

Think.

You said they dont wanna sell you so why should box of gold matter?

If they don't wanna collect so much money from his family, so how much does a box of gold cost?

As far as am concerned, he has the right to break up with your ass cuz you've been so carried away with the word "YOU" that you forget you're trying to build a relationship, and not a factory.

Don't blame him, but make amend. And make it humbly. Your doctorate degree, your Green card and your family and stuffs wouldn't help you get a man. He was your man b4 you got to this level, be wise.
Very nice piece of advice. The poor dude just got tired of prospective wife complaining about everything

Dude, you have not done what i asked you to do. Compare the IGR of both states and tell us what you think. If you want me to do that, I will.
This is the last time I will reply you on the IGR talk. See the screenshot below for the IGR of all the 36 states for the years 2011 to 2016.

I can't lie about where I never stayed ..IB is living on old glory.
I didn't say you never stayed in Ibadan, I said I doubt you stayed in Bodija, because if you do, you should know there is Old Bodija and New Bodija. And for anyone that knows Ibadan very well, there is no way you will say 95% of Ibadan is slum. You probably stayed in Mapo, Beere, Felele or Iwo road

Pls and please go through that document. That figure for ebonyi state is for the year 2014. Compare two of them and tell us what you think.
I don't have to go through any document. I provided you with a source from National Bureau of Statistics, even screenshot the pdf documents for you. Like I said, Oyo state IGR is greater than Ebonyi state for the years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. As matter of fact Ebonyi was the 4th lowest IGR in 2011. Dude, I have provided you with a reliable document, go through it and enlighten yourself. I can't help you more than that

Mr man I have lived in Bodija...there is nothing beautiful about Ibadan...while you are able to mention posh areas in Abakaliki I bet you that I can't mention any posh area in IB BC generally 95% if IB is slum with brown roof filled with illiterate villagers and u know this..tell yourself the truth for once
Don't worry guy, you win! I doubt you even lived in Bodija. You know what, Ibadan is even 99.99% slum undecided

Meanwhile, when next you go to Ibadan, don't forget to go to Oluyole, Iyaganku, Agodi, Jericho Samonda, Alalubosa and Onireke

You can say whatever you like about Ebonyi state capital but in terms of IGR oyo state is no where near Ebonyi State created yesterday.
Another stat you pull out of your ass. You guys never seize to amuse people. Saying Ebonyi state IGR is greater than Oyo state is not only a lie but also beyond ridiculous.
You guys should stop being emotional and talk more intelligently. Anytime you come up with an aggrandized claims, try back it up with facts or sources.
Back to discussion at hand. Not only is Oyo state IGR far greater than Ebonyi state, as a matter of fact, it is greater than any state in the South east. Unlike you, this is my source

Imagine posting a picture of a slum from the south west as that of Abakiliki. Particularly in the first picture, zoom it and see what the people on the right side of the street are wearing -agbada and yoruba cap. Na wa for you o.
Most of you don't even know your region. You all live in Lagos or other cities in southwest and have zero knowledge of what's on ground in your southeast region. Since you doubt my picture, have a look at the link before for the source.

murphyibiam15:
is not about landmass...I have been to Ibadan ..95% of the so called size are all slums.. so is better having a smaller but nice city like Abakaliki
Did you just say nice city of Abakaliki? The only thing that makes Abakaliki a city is because it's capital of a state. Mind you, I have been to Abakaliki many times, trust me, I know what I'm saying when I call it glorified village. Apart from New layout, GRA and government house region, other parts of Abakaliki is like a typical village or town. So don't ever put Ibadan and Abakaliki in the same sentence. And you saying 95% of Ibadan is slum means that you have neither been to Ibadan or you don't know Ibadan

Ibadan...
Guy you can promote the image of your glorified village Abakaliki, but never put Ibadan and Abakaliki in the same sentence. Even your most developed city in east Enugu is miles away from Ibadan in development

Glorified village of Abakaliki

Rape a child to have kidshuh
Seems God deliberately refused the couple kids, knowing how devilish and wicked they are.

I don't expect the Kano state government to do anything. Remember he has tse tse fly entangled in his intestines. So he can pretend to show concern. Again, their religion accepts the rape of minors.
Your comment was making sense o until the last sentence. Shows you are a religious bigot like most people on Nairaland
