Hello everyone, my name is not necessary, I am 28 years old and I am on the verge of losing my job but the important thing here is that sport betting is about to ruin my life and career and I need help and advise from you all. It all started when my friend Bolaji(not real name) introduced me to this popular sport betting platform last year which I strongly believe that 80% of Nigerian youths would know or even use on a regular basis.

I started playing games on this platforms with the little money I made from side hustles,it was cool because I could still remember my first game; I staked #2000 on a match between Liverpool and a smaller club and I cashed out massively that weekend. I was so happy and all of a sudden I became greedy. I began to stake higher and started looking for higher and better odds to boost my winnings, I started staking with my salary and then it got worse that I started using my life savings to play games in which most time I don't win but still I won't back out hoping I would win back all my lost money in the next game ,I would even borrow money from my neighbors and friends as a matter of fact, I got a new name on the street: (BABA 2 ODDS)

Last week, my boss gave me #150,000 to go and deposit at the bank but instead I transferred the money into my betting account wallet hoping I could double the money. I predicted realmadrid to win on last week champions league match against Chelsea,though they qualified for the next round but they still lost to Chelsea. I almost ran mad at the viewing centre. Anyways my boss has been calling me since and I couldn't pick because I don't know what to tell him.....

I got the same message and I actually logged on to the website on an incognito tab (with VPN activated). Don't blame me, I get crazily curious.

Looking at the dashboard, I saw over $700k worth of USDT and yeah, anyone would be tempted to get it out at all cost. This is exactly what the scammer wants - to build up that greed in you, so that you won't think rationally.

Now that your greed has hit its peak, you try so hard to find the withdrawal button, but you notice that only one address is bound to the account and any withdrawal you make will go to the address.

Next thing you'll want to do is find a way to change the withdrawal address to yours, but hey! There's no option to do that. Then while looking around on the list of options on the dashboard, you see a link that says "Transfer fund to another user"; this is where you think that you've hit jackpot, but no, this is where the scam begins:

Since the scammer has successfully lead you to his"send fund" page, which is the scam page, you'd want to create a new account so that you can bind your own USDT wallet to it, send the big money you've seen on that dashboard to yourself and withdraw it.

Now this is the scam:

When you've created that account, you'll see a notification on the "big money account" that you can only send money from that account to a level 2 user.

To be a level 2 user, you have to send USDT to a "generated wallet" (the real scammer's wallet) so that you qualify to receive this big money you can't wait to move out of the secret account you got on your hands.

You send that money and you'll wait forever without getting promoted to a level 2 user, or getting a chance to withdraw your "jackpot".

Your greed would have let you send money to a scammer.

Yea...point of correction, most scammers ain't dumb, they are smart per say and live on the principle that "everyday, a maga is been born", more reason their victims are always gotten by random sampling to see who falls for their bait...But when you grounded in what you do and things you know, you can detect any scam as long as it's too good to be true, I can't count the number of people I've saved from Crypto scammers, all it entails is to ask questions...number 1 rule, don't be in a haste to send money!! If it feels like scam, smells like scam, looks like scam, then it's obviously a scam...

Someone is offering you $700K popped outta no where just by clicking a link?? Only the gullible ones will fall for this...

What happens with many widows is that they fight for the properties as the custodian to the heir(s) (their child/children) of those properties. There are cases where underaged children file againt their parents in court to stop them from certain decisions. Because the parent is just the custodian for the minor. If that minor dies, the family that owns those properties will kick out the woman out as long as those are ancestral properties.

Reading all the abuses I got from nairaland, from fellow nairalanders calling me a bastard, ungrateful son all because I was fighting for what was right and not material things.

My mom before she left us, the properties were passed down to her from her parents,(which some they inherited from their Grandparents) she didn't really have to do nothing a full time house wife.. because only the house rents alone she receives from tenants a year from different buildings kept her okay.... some were used for my education, I was made to understand here on nairaland that those properties belong more to my dad, so he can sell it out any way he deem fit... since he married her,. Even though they are ancestral properties.


But, I still don't agree....


So I reported my father to the most senior man in my mother's kindreds, from her father side. I went there on Saturday evening and narrated everything to him...the first thing he said was

He was so angry that he had to call another man and told him everything on the phone, I went back to my house..... and got a call Sunday afternoon to come back around, to my surprise I saw my father there with lots of extended family members and they gave him a stern warning not to try anything funny with those lands.

That our trybe don't sell family lands, house.. inherited property.. that what even gave him the right to think about doing something like that in law for that matter... while my mom has a son...they even said I as the son can't even sell those lands talkless my father.

I haven't called my mother kindreds from my my mother side, still observing.. while we Left the meeting, my dad was cold all through..I know he must have narrated to some of his educated friends..let's see if he will take this to court.

This doesn't have nothing to do with me again, but with my mothers kindreds.
