Nobody planned for this kinda suffering, I guess CBN as a whole acted ignorantly, you can't print a lesser amount of money to circulate the Economy while calling back old notes just within one month, it's never realistic, I wonder if any economic analysts was consulted before embarking on such disastrous policy...!!

The number one error they made was giving a deadline to deposit all old notes while the new notes was insufficient, that alone made almost everybody cashless reason for the current rush, now I'm afraid the whole aim of checkmating vote buying has been defeated. The only remedy is to allow both notes to circulate simultaneously until they ceased to exist just like the formal #100 notes. Else, I forsee massive protests in almost all states and destruction of government property before the general election...
